Very Bad, BP app shows there is toilet for customers and they don’t allow to use it..

The BP app barcode can't be scanned here, nor a receipt provided to take to another BP for the points. 3 stars nonetheless, as they sell some form of petrol.

In the window of the shop their is a QR code to scan to get a free pack of Nordic spirit nicotine pouches and I scanned the code and the man behind the till played the whole 'i no understand English sorry i no understand" that infuriates me beyond belief... Why advertise something in the window and then say sorry we can't give these away for free... night shift worker is amazing, day time staff are a completely different story.

Good person and good place

Good place great customer service however they need to sort out the exit route towards manorfarm road its too low and your car can get scraped my car aint even lowered an it happens often

I asked for corona and got desperado. When I got home I realised they gave me the wrong drink. I don’t even like desperado. Wast of money

Visited this station after a long through the City of Brum. Was driving through the Warwick Road and as a long term BP user, this was the closest station I could find. I needed to fill up £60 worth, but the operator Nadeem, the Asian Gentleman with glasses decided to shut it down after I put in half of that. When I asked why he had done this, he aggressively replied "I have a regular customer who needs petrol for his Taxi". He was very hostile towards me. I've dealt with many BP employees across the country but no one of his calibre. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.

Ive been using This Bp Station for years now The owner is a Awesome Person and the Customer service Is great but only thing You cant pay your bills or Send deliverys back I hope in future they do Best wishes
