Rude belligerent cashier Morning time end of April 2026 management need to really go undercover to experience this level of attitude from staff

Went to put air in tyre. The machine took my money then didn't dispense air. I complained to cashier. He came out and checked, told me to wait and then went back in. He did not come back out. Very disappointed with lack of courtesy

The offer for free costa regular drink is falsely promoted and only is valid on certain drinks which is not made clear on signs so be aware or you will have to pay full price. I even asked the staff and he said yes it is included then after i looked at the receipt and i was charged. He then said the caramel version of the hot chocolate is full price when it is a normal option not an extra regular drink. They just trying to catch you out with there terms and conditions. Never going here again scummy tactics.

Im usually a regular customer that knows the main good guy that works there however I went in just now to top up my petrol at 22:45. They had another guy working, when I got there the customers before me were already fuming as the guy couldn’t understand what they needed, they end up driving off without getting their item due to the man’s lack of English, Some how he thought he could take his anger out on me, he was so disgustly rude no manners what so ever, refused to serve me because I couldn’t understand him, started speaking his language like I can understand that too. Absolutely disappointed with his service. I took a picture of him as he thought it would be ok to take one of me. Please avoid his service

Well organised.And not to busy..However after 8 or 9pm you have to pay first for fuel then use it......
