I often visit Pinaccle Detailing for my exclusive services and they are an amazing staff. Very professional and punctual. Do not believe fake reviews. Fantastic team.

I came across pinnacle detailing on social media I have to say I was really impressed with the quality of work that they do so i went ahead to book my car in . At the time the owner was really friendly so were the workers . Anyway my car was in for interior detail and they reassured me that everything will be taken care of . I gave the car on the weekend and the owner sohail said the car will be ready for you on the Tuesday so I said that’s fine . So I came and one of the workers gave me a walk around and I was just shocked at the level of work that was done even though they had the car all weekend to sort out . The alloys still were dirty which the owner was adamant that it was brake dust . I looked inside and the seats were still dirty there was mould in the cupholders . The steering wheel still was dirty aswell as the carpet still had stains and was still dirty . Anyway I suggested to the owner that I would only pay some of the amount and he wasn’t having none of it . Him and his business partner started showing me abuse and threatening to smash my car up. I didn’t have a choice but to pay the full amount . They lied to me about the card machine not working which majority of business say that to avoid the tax and to avoid you not going through the bank to get your money back . Please avoid . It seems like the owner can’t take criticism so they show abuse and threats to people or say the reviews are fake which they aren’t as I have witnessed this myself .

Quality Job as always never have a reason to complain. Had my M5 competition detailed here many times amazing service. Sohail and the boys always polite as ever and booked me in short notice. Keep the good work up!!!

I made a post about pinnacle detailing and a job that they completed for me supposedly to the level of what they thought was acceptable. Now let me make one thing clear that suhail himself said to me that he wasn't happy with the job so therefore I wanted the job again. He mentions on his statement that I supposedly said that the car wasn't dirty but why did you charge me £180 and the evidence I provided said otherwise. Now the people who I saying that I'm lying don't realise suhail is family relative / friend now however close or far that is that don't matter, no one would take this outside and post it on social media . Now I've always had that level and respect for suhail no matter what but the way he treated me and spoke to me and especially his business partner was totally unacceptable. I'm just making people aware that if he can do that to someone who he knows can you imagine what his doing to other people outside so therefore I suggest no one to use his services. Also suhail made no means to give me a refund or anything and contacted me after I took this social media and supposedly I'm the bad one and left out of pocket. Ps don’t believe these reviews as they are from friends and family . I’ve got proof and evidence that I’m not the only one suhail has done this too after posting on social media people reached out to me saying suhail and his partner Qamar were rude and were not interested in detailing as they are more focused on doing ppf as they make the most money so they give the detailing jobs to less experience people like armaan hence why the poor detailing jobs g

What a great job the boys at pinnacle did! My paintwork had swirl marks and scratches but the machine polish managed to restore my paintwork to an amazing standard along with a 3 year ceramic coating. My interior was filthy, so they deep cleaned it and got rid of all my stains and marks for FREE as this was included in the Eid special offer. The work speaks itself, I would highly recommend checking them out!

First time I used these guys for PPF. They did my Huracan and not a single fault here. From the start when dealing with Qamar all the way to the end with suhail and the team. Will definitely be coming back soon.
