Rude, angry and aggressive staff. Avoid.

Absolutely dreadful and disrespectful staff I will never step foot in these doors again.

Truly dreadful. Only used the garage to hoover out my vehicle, then accused of pinching sand from the front. Was told police would be called. Only opened my boot once to put something in it off my back seat. Have you checked your CCTV yet ? No apology nothing. Just avoid at all costs !

Shocking service tried to fill up my car. Man at the till refused to serve me saying I had my engine on when I didn't. Then laughed In my face. When I ask why are you not serving me he didn't give an answer.

The staff here are rude and threatening. I had a horrible experience with them earlier this year. I vowed then and there not to return and I never will.

Hi Today the shell petrol station at Standish. I received the WORST customer service I have EVER had in my whole life. At approximately 1300/1330 I fueled my vehicle up. I then went inside to pay. My company fuel card was declined as the machine asked for a PIN. I told the man that this happened the other week at a different SHELL fuel station and that the other SHELL fuel station simply swiped the card on their monitor and the payment was fine. The man would not help and even try. He ARGUED and TALKED OVER me interrupting me CONSTANTLY. He refused to even TRY!!! When I asked him politely to stop interrupting me when I was talking he then started raising his voice. Shouting "SEE THE MANAGER" . The manager then would not HELP and TRY swiping the card that worked when swiped at a different SHELL station. He ALSO argued and started to raise his voice. All I would of liked is for them to of TRIED the card with the monitor swipe. LIKE YOUR OTHER STATION DID. I would like to obtain all camera and audio recordings please. There was a off duty policeman there as well, who I will be raising a complaint against as well. As he told your employees to call 999 if I came back just because I was asking for them to swipe the card, his attitude stank and should get more training as he instructed me to leave in a very unpolite manner!!! Absolutely horrific customer service. I have been using this station on and off for 30years and whenever I visit I always say hello, good morning, good afternoon etc. To this employee and sometimes this manger and they sometimes do not answer back. Which also needs looking at, as it's just basic manners to respond to a customer saying hello.

My daughter bought something today from the garage and she has learning disabilities and didn’t realise she needed a receipt as the guy behind the till didn’t give her one when she paid. So I called them up to talk and explain to them to see if I could get a refund and he was really rude and hung up on me while I was trying to explain the circumstances. Rude people don’t deserve custom so I will not be using the garage again. I also use the garage everyday but not any more

went to drop off an amazon parcel after selecting this option. . weirdly there are all signs over the windows saying no amazon drop offs . i asked the assistant soyab why and he became really aggressive and said take it up with asda or amazon.

I am completely shocked at the customer service I have just received, today I came to clean my car and unfortunately after I paid I noted everywhere was covered in horse manure after spending most of my money trying to clean the area so I could walk around my car I went inside to mention the issue and see if they could refund me for the time I spend cleaning there forecourt, I was received with ‘this isent our problem and what do you want us to do. I asked for the complaints prosess and I was told no and asked to leave, there were 2 men 1 in Asda uniform and 1 in non uniform, they would not give names and did not wear badges, the uniformed man was fine and refunded me £1 however I was extreamly upset with the non uniformed man, can someone please direct me to the official complaints department?

Card payment not working not my fault Pumps should have been turned off to card payments Asked to come back and pay I have a busy life and commute all over the country and yes I forgot. Now VARS sending threatening letters for fuel cost and extra £30.00 Not interested in the fact totally not my fault, and now treating it as a drive off with no intention to pay. Surely that can’t be right. What happens if you live hundreds of miles away. Note to self invest in VARS shares

Abusive attendant shouted at me over the speaker because I had to take an important call, claiming that it’s against the law to use a mobile phone at a petrol station (it isn’t). Then when I went in to apologise and clarify, he tried to make me look stupid for “not knowing it’s illegal”. I don’t think he’s qualified to work at a petrol station
