I contacted IG detailing after searching my local area for a car detailing company with a well established reputation for consistent results. After reading other people’s feedback comments on the company’s website and Google and pretty made up my mind that IG detailing was going to be the company I’d only need. Re contacted the company via what’s app and asked for a quotation based on what I wanted for my car, we swapped messages and he explained what the process would be for a pre preparation and Ceramic coating.Agreed a date that worked for my busy diary. The guys even worked out of standard working hrs to complete my car. I couldn’t be happier with the results, the look and finish is fantastic. My car could never look this good again. Top marks to the guys at IG Detailing for making my car look as good as it could ever be.

There’s a lot of businesses out there claiming to offer the ‘best’ service. Talk is cheap and after using so many Midlands based mobile services none come close to the service these guys offer! Their customer service is beyond personal, always accommodating and services tailored. There’s no set ‘packages’ you just get reliable, honest and flawless results that speak for themselves. I would recommend IG to anyone who’s serious about their cars. Don’t waste your time on those claiming to have 20 years in the business who still can’t provide a safe wash process. We used this company for the very first time on Good Friday . Two nicely turned out, very polite young men initially visited us for a quote to deep clean and polish / detail 3 vehicles: a year old Autosleeper Peugeot long wheelbase camper van, an Audi TT and a replica Porsche 356A 1956 cabriolet classic vehicle. They arrived as planned and did an outstanding job on all 3 vehicles. My wife and I were absolutely delighted with the results and we will definitely use them again, without question. Very highly recommended.
