👎Be careful "If" you use the carwash here, as the £4.99 option doesn't wash your vehicle with any soap suds, it just uses water. Complained to the kiosk guy, who smiled, it took 3 times through the carwash before we saw any 'soap suds' on the windscreen, it's obviously a con & fixed, whereby you only get a proper carwash with the soap suds if you're spending out £7.99 with their premium wash, . .Avoid & use a competitor's at all costs, unless you're happy spending out for the premium one, which the previous peoples vehicle before my turn did, & they weren't happy with their carwash results either, & also complained, & was also greeted with a grin from the kiosk guy, & they took their vehicle through for a 2nd time in order for it to get some soap suds & a proper wash . . . this carwash must be rigged via it's settings programme, . . . . what a con!!!!👎

Never in my life have i had a petrol pump switched off while I'm filling up with fuel Attended was saying it was because there was a person in driving seat What difference does that make for stealing fuel And if your looking at the car the learner plates may have been a give away

What an absolute disgraceful man in the garage. Wears glasses. Definitely needs a refresher in customer service. Miserable, unhelpful.

The Member of staff who was serving this morning (19 april) was arrogant, unhelpful and had no customer skills !!!!

This place needs its Yodel license revoked, they always seem to mess the parcels up or they just lie and say the system isn’t working. Ive been told this by 5/6 local people who used to come here.

Decided to take my car through the carwash here the other day, & I paid for the middle carwash option, & I was very disappointed, as my car seemed dirty still. But to be honest, I'm not surprised, as I didn't see any white suds coming out from the carwash machine, it looked like just water. They need to check that the machine's fluid levels are always topped up with soap, wax etc on a regular basis, else customers are just paying a premium to have their car's washed with just WATER, leaving them with a 'rinsed' car, not a CLEAN car, which is what you're paying for!!

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the member of staff with the moustache when I visited the petrol station yesterday. As I was walking in he'd left the till to hold the door open for a very old lady with mobility problems, he served me and was very polite, and then went out to help another elderly lady who he'd been helping to sort out her two flat front tyres with previously, and I thought all of this was truly wonderful to see, and all so very, very kind. It's very rare anybody gives you the time of day these days, but you've got a genuine hero of a fella in your shop, I hope you look after him like he does everybody else. Top work all around. Excellent moustache too, that's equally as impressive in its own right.

Advertised as a Yodel Direct drop off station with set times. I arrived with a parcel only to be told that it was closed for today by the shop assistant. The assistant eventually (and begrudgingly) took my parcel but was certainly not happy about it, threw it in the bag behind him and left me thankful that I'd wrapped and insured it to survive such treatment. Off the back of this when I returned home I decided to look at other options and on reflection won't be returning. Would recommend going forwards either to advise your staff of the opening times for the Yodel drop off or amend the times in line with the expectations of your staff along with a little bit of customer service support.

The car wash is in a terrible condition...there is mould covering 99.9% of brushes that are supposed to clean..and the dryer only gets rid of some of the water . I am in the process of contacting shell about this.

I was subjected to blatant discrimination by the clerk benedict whilst trying to fuel my van. Nobody else on the forecourt had any issues getting fuel

It's a petrol station. Mini food store. Cash machine.

Very friendly and pleasant staff

It's a bog standard petrol station, shop seems slightly overpriced, however service was below par, and to top it off the car wash packed up as I was in it. I couldnt open the car doors to get out, eventually staff came out after I rang the station, luckily I had my mobile. Overall not impressed, I will not be a repeat customer. Car wash in Perton is £2.50 cheaper. Plus the staff seem annoyed if you use the amazon collection point over night, they come out banging doors making some sort of point,.... beyond me.

Petrol not the cheapest locally but Tue to Thur the excellent car wash is half price.
