Never written a review before, however I am appalled with the service I received here today and upset. I asked if they would be able to fit my boot carpet back in as I wasn't able to do it myself, and I would pay for that and a car wash. The man Nawzad said no problem, he then just shoved the carpet roughly on but didn't fit it, I said it's okay if he wasn't able too and that I'd try somewhere else. He insisted and instead just started to wash my car, the jet wash was very powerful causing the badge on one of my alloys to come off. He spent less than 5 minutes cleaning it then said £10 please. He then refused to fit the boot carpet (which was the only reason I had came) stating "thats not my job" I explained that he should of told me that initially and I would of tried elsewhere. I asked if he takes card payment to which he said yes, but his card machine wasn't working, I said I'd go get the cash out, he tried grabbing my car keys out of the ignition and also grabbed my phone out of the side door. I said I would not be paying £10 and he said he would call the police. I told him to call the police, should of called them myself. I am not one to not pay people so I transferred him £5, on reflection I should of refused to pay at all, and after all that my car was dirty, the rain would of cleaned it better. I then went to a car wash next to Master tyres who fit the carpet for me and did not accept any money for it.

Quick efficient and friendly staff they made a good job of my Trike would recommend their service to anyone.

I asked for a wash, wax, tyre dressing and dry. Before they started I asked how they'll dry the car with squeegee or cloth, they said with cloth, so I said fine. Then wash started...all my windows inside got wet so I had to clean them afterwards, didn't get wax on the car, and they wanted to use the squeegee to dry when I said no, leave it I don't want drying if they use that...the car still had dirt on the outside and water on the inside... I used this carwash few years ago then promised myself never to go back but I thought things might've changed but apparently got worse. I don't recommend this carwash. I only used it now because it was in a convenient location but next time I'll travel the extra miles to another one.

Terrible, left white spots all over the car when it dried out.

I’ve taken 2 different vehicles here and have been charged over the advertised price. Once because the vehicle (a crossover) was apparently large (advertised as Range Rover sized). Other time the car was apparently very dirty inside, so was charged an additional 25% extra. Okay service and finish, but don’t expect to pay the price advertised.

This car wash has different names so I'm posting on both pages. They sprayed my car way too close and it dulled my paint job. They need to be further away. Don't recommend

Do not use price gone up to £7 for wash and go and my car is still dirty

My car bonnet now has scratches in 3 places after having it washed here so I will not use this place again

The car wash is off Brown Street. Came up as Top Wash car wash on Google maps and takes you to the roundabout. But it's before on Brown street. Good service, had a mini valet currently £25, which is on par with other hand car washes. I would come again. Cash only, no card payments. My only criticism is while I waited in the hut, where he kindly put a heater on and closed the door, there was a bucket with cigarette ends in water. As a non-smoker, I did dislike the smell of it. Perhaps leave it outside.

Went here to get car cleaned, wanted the £20 clean, charged me £25 as I’ve got dog which I don’t mind, but done an absolute shocking job, wheels still dirty, loads of dirt still on seats and cup holders didn’t see what a wipe looks like.
