I wanted the Gold service on my van. Displayed as £20 and I was told they only do the outside for this price? I explained I don't want the platinum service only the gold and I was told they don't offer this with vans now only the platinum. I asked why and the man told me the owner has said this. I enquired how long it would take and he replied 45 minutes, I asked how long will the outside take, he explained 15 minutes. I don't understand why they're only off a full valet service for a working van, even if I was told £30 Inwould have used the service. If this is the case take down the wrong price sign!!
