Had my car washed here today for £25...TOTALLY a waste of money! They didn't even clean it properly! When I told the worker about it he was being really RUDE! Would definitely avoid!

Don't go for car wash here , Worse experience, look like they don't care for car and customer, I told him I would like to wash outside only, he had wash and wipe water for £12 like u can do it better your self on self jetwash , I have to told him please clean the door ,claean window and windscreen outside also please clean around car boot , he said we don't, I ask him what service you give in £12 ,he reply wash and wipe , I recommend go somewhere where others give service and they care about there business. I will never go back to this place again! This tall, dark-haired owner wants to steal customers' money, he goes to see the car and says it costs 30 pounds where the price list says 20 and 17 pounds and he's a stupid person talking to his employees! Stupid, I really don't recommend this place! They always charge a lot to their customers 😤😡😡😡😡

Just washed my car there 2 days ago and was very disappointed with the service.They have missed so many spots and I am not been picky I am talking about IN YOUR FACE kinda of dirt. It's not cheap, I paid £25 for in and out wash for a medium SUV If you thinking about going there, keep your money and go somewhere else. Ps: They are not very friendly either.

I paid to have my car cleaned inside and out, which was supposed to include vacuuming. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The car looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all, and there were cobwebs in some areas on the outside. It's disrespectful to charge for such poor service.

Waves Hand Car Wash Southwark did a fantastic job. They were thorough, careful with my car, and left it spotless. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing make it a service I’d use again.

Took my car in for a wash (just the outside) to see the if this wash is any good. I was very disappointed because the missed so many areas, even after I pointed out these missed spots the fella wiped one area with a cloth (which shouldn’t be done because it will use the dirt as an abrasive and scratch the paintwork) and asked if there are any more. I answered no purely because I now wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. This is definitely not a car wash for me. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.

Lousy car wash. Waste of £25. Car is still dirty inside and out. Outside spots all over the car. Inside fluff in the corners. Clearly just a quick rushed job, no attention paid. I want my money back please

I’ve been to this car wash 4 times. Pretty much due to proximity and ease. The first time it was ok. The 2nd and 3rd time they rejected me saying they were closed although I was there 45 minutes before closing time. The fourths time, again it was only ok. They missed a couple places and they hit my car twice with the hose. I’ve had a much better experience with the Asda car wash down the road

Terrible Quality - This was a terrible car wash experience matched with terrible attitude from its team. My car left there with many dirt marks on it and smear marks from the dirty cloths used to dry my car. Whilst my car was being sprayed before the power wash the guy washing the car next to mine kept slamming the hose of his power washer onto the side of my car. When I went home there were marks on my car that I had never noticed before. I cant be sure they caused these marks but I am certain of their careless attitude. I won't be going there again. If anyone has a half decent car....DO NOT put yourself through this.

workers have too much attitude. Forget that we are paying them for their work. Charged me £25 for wash but charged the person behind me £15?! And the short, round woman is very rude.

I took my car to this car wash last Friday and asked for an inside and outside clean. I have a small car, but they charged me £20– what greedy people! I’ve been a Tesco customer all my life, and this car wash is ruining Tesco’s name. The job they did was awful – they didn’t clean the inside properly, and I had to call them over to show them the areas they missed. They had to clean it again. What a poor and dirty job! Everywhere else charges £15, but they charge £20 for a small car.

I paid £12 for an outside clean and they did a decent job. It wasn’t perfect, but for the price, it was reasonable. They didn’t scratch the car, and when I pointed out a few spots that needed more attention, they were happy to fix them. Based on my experience and other reviews, I’d probably go elsewhere for a full interior clean, but for a quick and affordable exterior wash, it’s a solid option.

Had car washed here today not a good job all streaks on windows and to top it all when I returned home could not access my underground car park as opening fob was no longer in car I went back to car wash and had heated discussion but at end of conversation I couldn’t prove anything so )12 useless was will possibly now cost me £50-£100 to get a new fob!!!

Go to the Asda car wash instead. This one is much more expensive and the quality is poor

I will never use them again! It's convenient to have this available as you shop in Tesco, but it's a total waste of money!! They never clean the car properly, I had to point out areas that they missed, including inside the car. Stay away!!!

Poor quality. Charged £30 for X5 in and out. Inside, not wiped still dust and prints on console and dashboard. Seats not cleaned. Water marks on car. Water still dripping. Other things too many to list not trying to seem petty. But they do not take enough duty of care. Didn't want to complain, took car, and left. Never again.

They done very good job. Excellent customer service 👏
