IMO Car Wash

Washes get more and more expensive, and I don't think ive ever been through when it's working fully just paid 14.00 for the next to top wax and none of the wax jets were working so basically got a 5.00 wash

Rude !! I've been using car washes for years , I know not put my hand brake on , your member of staff had me go forward 3 times to then reverse because your machine kept stopping because YOU sent me to early, I'm wondering if you had spoken to a man the same way !!

Load of rubbish. Part of the car wash doesn't work and hasn't for months. The staff today couldn't be bothered to pre wash my car with the brush even though I went for the more expensive option. I had to ask him to do it and he said its already clean which it isn't because my car hasn't been washed in 5 weeks

Omg ,I paid £35.00 to these guys ,however I won't ever be returning ,could of done a better job myself in probably 10 mins ,smeared windows ,missed carpets under the seats dash wasn't cleaned ,absolute waste of money ,go somewhere else or do it yourself ,don't waste your money on these so called car valeters, omg absolute waste of money

good basic wash- was very fun tbh- only problem is I lost my kids in the eco wash

The hand valet is a rip off after paying £25 , They left scratches on my interior dash and used the tyre dressing all over my wheels, took ages to get it off as it went all over paint. Would not come back and would not recommend. If you decide to visit this car wash stick to the auto wash. It was money wasted.

Brought my car here a few times now for a valet and have never been disappointed. Rawan does a superb job every time, but in particular this last valet. Full Valet requested as I’d taken a couple of loads to the tip this morning and the car was absolutely full of sand, bits of carpet and general muck. Car hadn’t been cleaned externally for over 6 months too. Came back to a showroom finish not a spec of sand in sight. Highly recommended!

I've been experiencing issues with moisture and mold in my car, went to these guys for a valet and am extremely impressed with how wonderful they have done. My car honestly looks brand new, smells gorgeous and the service was very friendly and much quicker then I was expecting. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

I have been using IMO Car Wash for many years with no complaints. Good service and friendly manner with all the staff. Hawker and the team do a great job.

Left my car while I was in the gym for a full valet. Came out and it was ready and good as new. I’d moved house in this car, so it wasn’t in the greatest of shape till these boys got hold of it.

WARNING: Do not fall for the " special Hand Valet" trap at IMO Car Wash Leyland I am writing this to warn other drivers in Leyland about the sharp practices going on at this car wash. I initially visited intending to use the standard automated car wash. However, the staff on-site actively advised me against using the machine. They claimed it would "damage my car" and insisted that a hand wash was the best option. Taking their advice in good faith, I agreed to the hand valet. First day OK and came back again. The guys attitude was so bad he thinks he is the king of the earth. Big mistake. The hand wash was a total rip-off—poor quality, overpriced, and done with a bad attitude. First charge 35 then challenged it reduced 25..at this point I wanted to pay and walk away... When I complained to IMO Head Office about the terrible service, their response was shocking. They told me they onlyaccept complaints regarding the mechanical auto wash. They claimed they have no link, responsibility, or liability for hand valeting services, as these are run directly by the people operating the site and keep 100% of the charge. Apparently, IMO takes commission on the machine, but not the hand valets. Suddenly, it all makes sense. The staff purposely scare you away from the machine (which IMO monitors) and push you toward the hand wash so they can pocket the money directly without any corporate oversight or quality control. My advice: If you go here, ignore them and use the auto wash. Better yet, just go to a regular independent hand car wash that actually does the job well without the hidden agendas and loopholes. Don't be a fool like I was—avoid the hand valet at all costs.

This was the state of my mother in law's car AFTER having a triple foam wash at this IMO. Absolute joke to pay for a car wash and it to still look like this afterwards. Seemed to be more things on the car after the wash than before: bits of the roller things and all sorts. Won't be returning.
