Arrogant staff. They DO NOT hand wash your car. They’ve simply increased the jet washers pressure to “clean” your car. My car was still muddy and not clean! I want my £5 back for sure!

Just had a mini valet. Which was done in 5 minutes. Pretty shocking.

It varies here. Sometimes they can do a good job. Sometimes you have to point out 10 places they still need to clean that they have either forgot about or just cant be assed cleaning. They need to step up there game as ive been many other car washes and for the same price they seem to offer alot more value for money!

Went to get my car washed today normally charges £15 today he charged £18 , told him to wash car from the outside cleaned it and I told him still he missed a bit as I told him he kept muttering something under his breath and then gestured to me he’ll clean it there , when he got to clean the inside of my car the guy told me let me finish my job and then tell me I told him no Problem , as he told me it’s finished I told him what a job he has done missed it all and didn’t even clean it properly, as I was speaking to him he kept arguing with me and once again muttering something in his own language , I asked to speak to the manager , the other guy came does nothing just asks for money that’s all he does , anyway he came I spoke to him he said he’s the owner which he is lying as he is the manager that control but not the owner of the business , as I was speaking to him about the staff and not cleaning properly he didn’t want to hear it he said to me I’m not listening to you and said this is a mini valet not a full you have to pay £70 I told him even if it is a min valet I expect the bare minimum for the car to be cleaned what am I paying you for , hence of all this I am not happy , feel like I was mocked and they took the mic out of me , not happy with the service , I would like a compensation now twice I have gone to this place and they have not cleaned my car or listened I would like their staff to know to have some manners and treat customers with respect , was very upset today

Terrible car wash - today was sloppy work.

Do an enthusiastic valet at good prices. Very clean result although if you are in a hurry upholstery may still be slightly damp as you drive away
