The Car Wash

Safe to say wont be using this car wash again after many years. Completely horrible experience with new owners (hitting the car body with wash equipment) and workers have kept insisting for £10 car wash service when customer asked for £9 car wash service on both visits. If you are reading this, please do yourself a favour and support other car wash services around Leeds.

They carelessly wash the car. Ended up damaging my car with the fuel cap lid flying off and they walk off like nothing happened. Doesn’t help they did a rubbish job washing the car, drove off with a dirty car.

Amazing service - people are really friendly and did an amazing job on cleaning both inside and out of my car. I have 2 dogs and the got it cleaner than the first day I got it!

Big improvement in quality

Took my car in after driving through the Scottish highlands, it was covered in bugs. The new owners team left the car spotless in less than 15 minutes. Great service would recommend.

Went today, staff very polite and did a lovely job on my car, asked me to check before I paid to make sure I was happy - I was happy 😃- back to having a clean car! thank you! New owners and staff now, good luck with the business guys

Expensive

Very bad service and price was very high, I was in emergency to ask for little discount but the Guy refused even not listening anything for new customers £14 just for inside cleaning and the job was rushed. Dust still on the dash, crumbs in the cup holders, and mats weren't even vacuumed properly. Not worth the money. Avoid.

I paid £10 for extra wash and polish and they only did basic clean. Didn’t clean door frames, wheels or do polish / buffing shine. Didn’t clean roof of car. Not very friendly or clear where to move to.

I was told the gold package for inside and outside. I have literally left 5/10 minutes ago. My wheels and alloys are not cleaned properly. They have scratched my doors. When told the inside was finished there was bits all over and I asked them to do it again which was much better the second time but not professional car wash clean 👀 When I approaches one of the workers he said that the scratches could have been from another place. 🙄 I could hear the working scratching my roof when cleaning it. I am usually unfazed but why charge me the most and give me the least and extra damage. The last time I used this place was a year ago and stopped going due being disappointed by the attitude and outcome but as I was passing by today I thought it would be fine and a lot can change in a year. They charged me £25 and they did less than a basic job. The additional cost was for the damage they gave me. No air freshener and terrible vacuuming and overall cleaning inside and out. I really tried to not complain as it is Ramadan but when I got home I was furious!

Do a great clean for a decent price...

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. The staff were not experienced enough and used the jet wash in a way that caused the spare mirror attached to my main side mirror to fall off. Instead of properly fixing it or putting it back, they simply handed the mirror to me after the wash. No attempt was made to reattach it, and no proper explanation was given. This showed a clear lack of care and professionalism when handling customers’ vehicles. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend this car wash.

I like the car wash and I use them as my preferred place for washing car.
