I’ve used this car wash several times before, but unfortunately my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged an extra £10 to clean a single seat, which already felt excessive. More importantly, my car’s roof was damaged during the wash. I saw a member of staff using what appeared to be a razor on the vehicle, yet when I raised the issue, they argued that the damage was already there instead of taking responsibility. Instead of offering to inspect or fix the damage, I was simply told that it would “come out with a buff” and that it “wouldn’t cost much.” They didn’t attempt to buff it themselves, offer any compensation, or provide a discount. In fact, despite the damage being caused while my car was in their care, they still insisted that I pay the full price for the service. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business responds. An apology, some accountability, and a genuine effort to resolve the issue would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with denial, a lack of professionalism, and no attempt whatsoever to make things right. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this business. Save yourself the hassle and take your car elsewhere.

Having used many hand car wash locations over the years, this has been one of my best experiences with the staff taking extra care of the interior and belongings during the full valet process, good quality finish and competitive pricing

Used to be a brilliant car wash but the service there is getting worse every time. Told I needed to pay a tip because my car was ‘too dirty’. Isn’t that what a car washing service is for?? Car wasn’t even cleaned properly and will never use this place again!
