Absolutely brilliant service from Precision Automotive! They fitted my subwoofer after Halfords said they couldn’t do it, and I’m so glad I came here instead. The team did a really professional job, took the time to show me everything, and explained how it all works. They were friendly, welcoming, and clearly know what they’re doing. On top of that, they even have a lovely dog which made the visit even better! Thank you, Tobias — really appreciate the great service. Would not recommend this car detailing shop. Appointments were chaotic, results inconsistent, staff careless, and hygiene questionable. My vehicle looked barely improved despite paying premium prices for disappointing, rushed, low-quality, unprofessional work.

Poor detailing experience overall. Exterior shine faded quickly, interior vacuuming sloppy, stains remained, and trim damaged. I felt overcharged, misled, and regret trusting this business for such basic careless unskilled unreliable service.

Very disappointing service. My car was returned late, paint had swirl marks, wheels untouched, and seats damp. Staff ignored complaints and offered excuses instead of fixing mistakes after payment, showing zero accountability.

Booked car detailing expecting quality, but received rushed work, missed spots, interior still dirty, strong chemical smell, and poor communication. Definitely not worth the price or time with extremely unprofessional careless staff.
