Green hand car wash

Normally really good, but had to wait just short of an hour and a half for a mini valet. Wouldn't have minded if I had been told that was the wait time but I wasn't. Recommendation for the business would be to inform your customers of the wait time, then they can make the decision if they want a valet or not

I've been to this place three times and each time i get sent to the second line which takes much,much longer than the other line. Car washed very fast and not properly,I am very appalled by this and won't be returning there again.

I have to say reading some of the reviews I was a bit nervous. But a friend recommended it so I gave it a go. £7 for a wash and dry and I was really pleased with the results.

Not a reliable place for hand car wash. Yes, it is a pretty harsh weather to work at hand car wash, so Im sorry for the ppl who work there but as a paying customer this car wash is very bad. They dont spray proper shampoo all over, random ppl sparying random direction and missing at least 2 sides for every car. So it is not that they are doing just a one off mistake. They dont dry as well. Car also left with some bad patches after the wash, windscreen mirror was bad after the wash. Had to do another at home. This is not worth the risk to use this car wash.

We was sat waiting for 30 minutes before they washed our car there was a few cars already there waiting 2 men were walking in and out of the office area and checking or on there phones

Quick, efficient service at a reasonable price.

Was 4 stars, now 2 at best. Has really deteriorated in quality recently. They always seem rushed, not enough staff so quality suffers, bits missed and generally a poor clean. One staff member especially is uber aggressive, banging on car windows/doors to prompt quick movement....not nice!
