Had the gold+ valet today; interior and exterior cleaned and my car looks drastically better as I've just recently bought it and it was in a very dirty state. My first Interior valet with this company and I could not be happier. I have 2 dogs so my vehicle was a challenge but they were polite, professional and did an amazing result - would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for any type of valet.

I had my van polished by these guys after I’d taken the decal off. They were very thorough and made the van look bitter than it ever has done. Professional and friendly throughout and spent a lot more time on it than originally planned to make sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend and will be calling them again in future.

I was desperately needing the interior of my car cleaning as it was due to go back to the lease company the following day. I saw this company on Google and enquired/explained my situation, but I didn't finish work until 8pm. Abbas offered to come to my home after this to ensure that my car was fully cleaned, to help reduce any penalty charges. I was amazed at the service provided, the seats look brand new, all vents and screens dusted and cleaned to a high standard. The car looks great inside and smells fabulous! 10/10 service from saha I left the car with him and he was 100 trustworthy and got the job done and really brought the interior spark back . Customer service was great too, I had to reschedule last minute due to some issue and they made no fuss about it.

These Guy are Dishonest, Reckless, Cause Damage, Avoid Responsibility, and Hang Up On You I am writing this to hold this valet company accountable for the damage they caused to my vehicle and their subsequent dishonest and unprofessional conduct. After using their valet service, I discovered that multiple electrical systems in my car had failed completely. Specifically, the power windows no longer function, and the central locking system is entirely inoperable. These were not complex, pre-existing issues. My vehicle was in full working order before it was handed over. When I contacted the company to address the damage, their response was deeply unprofessional. Not only did they refuse to take any accountability, but they also resorted to dishonesty, falsely claiming that these electrical problems were present before I used their service. This is a blatant lie, and it demonstrates a clear willingness to deceive customers rather than stand behind the service they provide. Furthermore, their conduct during our communications was unacceptable. On multiple occasions, they hung up the phone on me while I was attempting to resolve the matter in good faith. They also ignored text messages I sent demonstrating a deliberate pattern of avoiding responsibility and refusing to engage in basic professional communication. My hope is that by sharing this experience, other customers can make an informed decision. If you choose to use this company, be aware that they may cause significant damage to your vehicle and will likely deny all responsibility, resorting to dishonesty and unprofessional behavior to avoid accountability. Companies like this and the people behind them are what’s wrong with society.

I had my car cleaned today and I’m really impressed with the service. The man who did the job was very friendly and professional from start to finish. He was really thorough with the clean and paid great attention to detail. I’m very particular but he genuinely has not missed a beat, top job. My car is over 10 years old, but after the clean it genuinely looks like a new car again. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend the service. Will book again for maintenance in the future!
