Booked in for a standard valet. The car looked good from the outside but inside could have been hoovered better. The glass was smeared and they stole the loose change and diffuser from my car

£17.50 valet is totally worth it, car is dried, good for an inbetween of full valets!

Was only one package available (£10 one) Work was done quickly without any effort really. I never usually go to another place that's great but needed just to quickly get the car done! Never again, sticking with where I know! Still dirty and marks on car!

That's definitely the worst hand car wash ever, absolutely no effort from guys that work there . They left loads of dust on the car and did really poor job on wheels as well . No gonna back there anymore

Compared to other valeting services this is a 3 star with goodwill. Firstly, the car was cleaned at a place that was quite dark. I don't understand how they were able to see what they are actually doing. As this is a pricy service you'd expect them to work at a well lit place. Secondly, once out on the road in daylight we noticed that spiderwebs were left on the mirrors. Both sides. As it was cleaned in a shady place no wonder they did not notice. Thirdly the glove shelf was not hoovered. Why it was missed I don't know. The panoramic window was also left dirty - why? Why is this not included in the valeting for £95?? We have done a white wipe test on well visible and accessible surfaces and the wipe got so dirty that it got BLACK. While we expected the car to be as clean as new. Also the boss guy. He is a very unfriendly person. Right at the start he was clearly annoyed when we asked clarifying questions. He used a tone of voice with us that might be acceptable in Italy or Spain or some Baltic countries, but defo not here. My concern was raised around that his employee wanted to charge us £50 and when I told him I actually ordered the wax/scratch minimising service which costs £95 he got VERY confused. I asked him if he did the wax bit and he said no. Then came the boss guy and I told him that I am not going to pay for a service that was not done. The boss guy told me that his employee did not know that he applied the wax on the car. How come the employee does not know what he applied on the car??? This raises concerns not just customer/charging wise but also because these are hard chemicals so the worker should know EXACTLY what he is dealing with? Then he used that unacceptable tone of voice so I told him that I disliked it as he was shouting at me because I explained that this whole situation looks like we are being charged for a bit that did not happen. The wax has a scratch minimising effect - I can't see any of that on the car. It looks less shiny than before though I did ask him if it will stay as shiny as it was! He then demonstrated with a water test that the wax was used. I watched videos of it later and according to those videos the wax has indeed been used on the car. One thing is sure, we will not bring the car here again. Added a photo of the glove shelf.

Just had my car washed fantastic job by a chap called Cole . On arriving Cole was very professional letting me know the wait time , he cleaned my car and 100% effort was put into the job . Fantastic value for money excellent service would highly recommended a visit . Also a big thank you to Cole my BMW is shining 😀

The mini valet is excellent. Car is spotless. They were really accommodating as well becasue I just turned up without a booking but luckily they managed to squeeze me in. Would definitely recommend. Will be going back for sure!

Price has gone up from £9 to £10 and receipts are no longer offered. Car looked good afterwards. Deducted stars because they sprayed wax onto the windscreen.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs I went in for a service I had used before (£30 standard wash) and was convinced to upgrade to a seat-cleaning service. I was told to come back after 4 hours. When I returned, the seats were soaking wet and the heating had been left on at full power, which later broke and cost me £100 to repair. Almost one month later, the car is still full of moisture, the seats have developed mould, and the car is practically ruined. If you clean seats, especially in winter, you should at least have the equipment to dry them properly. On top of this, I was asked to pay £70 in cash, a price not listed anywhere on your website. I will never return and will make sure others know about this experience.

Took my new car in for a wash in April, and after leaving I noticed my rear windscreen had been scratched all over. I went back several times over a few months to try to get the issue resolved, but the manager kept putting me off and telling me to come back another day. At one point he even admitted they had damaged another windscreen before. In the end, nothing was done and I had to pay out of my own pocket to replace the windscreen. Extremely disappointing service. Avoid at all costs.

My car was so filthy, I’m pretty sure David Attenborough could’ve filmed a wildlife documentary on it. Rolled up to Edinburgh Express Car Wash, ready to apologise in advance for the state of it. They’ve got three great packages, sadly only Package 1 was on today, but honestly, it still made my car look showroom fresh. And for the price? You’d be daft to try doing it yourself. I sat there like a lazy king while they went full Gladiator on the dirt, brushes swinging, water blasting, grime running for its life. A few minutes later I drove out in a car so clean I half expected it to get scouted for a photoshoot. Edinburgh Express isn’t a car wash, it’s a dirt assassination service.

This is my go to for a quick car wash but this is the 2nd time ive came here and they've blew my registration plate off. I'm not blaming them for it happening the screw was obviously loose but a bit of curtesy by the way mate your registration plate has come loose, haven't said a word twice now.

Very disappointing for £9. Called in here instead of going to BP next door to try and support independent. Nobody was there when we arrived, but it was done quickly and without care. The front grille was still dirty on leaving, the wheels are still covered in dust and they didn't dry it which I could have got from the BP machine next door. Very disappointing.

First time using today and can only rate that experience. Absolutely first class from arrival to an excellent Standard Valet job. Excellent value for money, easy online booking and very helpful service when there. Will definitely use again. Thanks to all for a top job today.

Happy to have found this car wash and valet service. Took a couple of photos - see attached - of 2 of their 3 packages. Pricing is understandably related to size of car. Chain of staff all doing different roles as the car drove down the line. Worked well, good value, only lost one star due to some residual (apparently tougher) marks.

Worst car wash ever

For £8 I couldn’t be happier. Was just in with a very dirty Audi TT and it came out shiny and clean. Very good, polite and efficient service. Can recommend.

Excellent service. Standard valet £30 is good value for money and staff work very hard to do a good job. Would recommend.

I’ve been really pleased with the service and easy booking. Handing my car to leasing company so I had it valeted with the “special valet” option which was inside and out including minor scratch repair. They’ve done an excellent job - my car genuinely feels like new and considering I have a dog who leaves hairs everywhere, it’s incredible how they got all of these out. All of the guys working there were really friendly too and the online booking system was easy to use.
