Signage at garage indicated price of petrol and diesel only. HOWEVER beware! As the pumps only have two hoses, the 2 closest to the kiosk have "Normal" diesel and the two furthest away have "ultra diesel...which is 20p a litre more than advertised, and you don't find this out until the nozzle is in your filler. I stopped at £5, and went into the kiosk to pay and ask why, to be told about the different fuel grades which are not advertised at all. And the attendant appears very used to telling people this. Trading standards are being contacted as this is false advertising and catching lots of drivers out (another person wasn't happy either when I was there). Never visiting this fuel station again.

Very rude staff! Today 21.07.2026 i went to this petrol station to fill up the tank and when i finished i jumped in the car to take my wallet so i can pay, and the guy from inside was yelling that i want to leave. I went inside and i ask the guy what is happening and he said that sometimes people leave without paying and he gave me a dirty face… i explained that i went inside the car to take my wallet so ai can pay.. he didn’t even say sorry! I will never go to this petrol station station!

Car wash is fine. It had ran out of soap so I had to tell the guy. He was chill about it but I had to push a bit to get my timer reset since all I got was water and no soap the first time. I think just one person works at a time, so naturally this kind of thing takes a while but eventually it was all sorted out. Not the best experience since it took ages but nothing against the guy trying to run the whole place himself. This was 3pm on a Monday so it was also the school rush.

For those renting a car with a city centre drop off, this is a decent station for the last fill up. I've used it several times for that. I haven't had much interaction with the attendants, but typically come in and pay for my gas with no fuss.

Would not sell me a new Calor LPG tank. Said they are reserving stock for locals with exchanges…I am a local. Contradictory information on Calors site

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve always come to this petrol station to deposit cash and the man working behind the counter today @2:30 said we’ve never done that before. I’m like I’ve been here almost every other week. Instead of helping me, he called me a liar when I have receipts of my past transactions with them. Avoid this place at all cost. It’s a joke.

Great staff ready to help

Rude unhelpful staff. It's marked as UPS collection point and my package was delivered here but staff told me rather dismissively that they could not find it. After 10 minutes of me insisting and a queue formed behind my back, staff finally decided to look behind counter and my package had been there all along. I gave them a second chance and came back to send a UPS parcel today at 23:30h, a tall man that seemed to have no intention of helping told me he could not scan the lable and gave me no explanation after I asked why. Don't send your parcels to this collection point or you might not ever see them. To gas station management: stop offering UPS services if you have no intention of fulfilling them.
