London Rd Hand Car Wash

I used this car wash for the first time yesterday and would definitely go there again. They did a first class job at a reasonable price (£7-00). They are the first one I have been to which open each door and wipe around the door recess. The only thing I would say is that are not easy to find from their website directions. It would have been better to have mentioned that they are on the same site as the petrol station located just off the island at the Alvaston end of Raynseway.

Damaged two of my cars. Shouldn’t have returned after the first time they scratched my a class. They broke the rear parking sensor second time. I won’t go back now

Don't know how people can find fault with these guys! Went above and beyond the standard clean, so much so I gave a well deserved tip, thank you for making the grubby red GTC look stunning again 😊

The standard has gone down so much but the price has gone up! No foam clean...no tyre shine and only cleaned 80% of the car! It was third time lucky but that's the last time. I tried to talk to the staff about it but nobody spoke much English and I got attitude when I did asked. So disappointed it used to be so good!!

£25 for them to just be lazy, had to carry on cleaning it when I got home! Won’t recommend

There's human error, and then there's laziness ... Tipped them as well because it was "extra dirty" but I didn't get out the car and check ... Serves me right I guess.

Quick, friendly staff and excellent valet.

Made me wait 15minutes, no apology. Then when drying my car the guy refuse to dry the car under boot area. I had to dry it myself. Poor attitudes won't be using them again.

Great place. I had the full works without the engine clean and they did a great job. Car looked mint afterwards def worth getting the full polish once in a while

Not the cheapest in the area but do a good job

This place seems to have dropped the ball and gone downhill and doesn't seem to have the personal touch anymore.
