Unfortunately same problem i constantly have, the car wheels aren't being fully cleaned !!

Paid £20 for inside and out valet. Would never go again. Left vents, trays etc untouched including a few wheel arches that hadn’t been cleaned. Osmaston Road valet much better!

Been a loyal customer for years but just been for a wash and the car hasn’t been properly vacuumed or cleaned . It’s become very expensive and rushed

Been a customer for a few years but its become a rip off and a con job. They want to rush everyone through in 3 minutes and the service has become crap as a result. They are too busy shouting at drivers to focus on what they are supposed to be doing. I refused to pay because they didn't do the spray polish or the wheel clean. I said I wasn't paying for just soap and water and drove out. He didn't seem to understand what I was saying anyway. Also, a 70 year old man with no teeth tapping on the window saying 'hey pretty lady' was disturbing.

Have been a customer for the past decade and noticed standards slipping, last week I paid £20 for mini Valet, today I returned and asked them to Hoover this section as I realised they had purposely ignored it, today I was told to Hoover under the seat is £5 additional and they would not be prepared to do it, i’m appalled by the standard

Used to come here quite often and thought they were really good , then their prices went up and quality went down ! Past few times I've been I've had to finish the job myself, terrible , especially when it's just cost £25

First time visit today, went for the platinum wash costing £30. Now not going into ocd levels but there were areas which had been missed,& easily noticed by myself, although the overall end result was good.. could have been excellent with just a few more minutes on detailing! I won't be returning, but I would recommend the basic wash for a tenner.. Sorry guys, having to do a bank transfer as you dont use card machine is not my thing & you should make customers aware of this before setting to work...

Lance on the laser beam setting and used 2 mm away from the paint ,stripped it off and said absolutely nothing and still took my £20,didn’t notice til I’d got home ,cowboys. Yeeeh haw

I used to come here all the time, but it's changed for the worse. They don't care and are very rude and intimidating. I paid 20 pounds for an outside and inside clean, which I wouldn't mind if it had been done well. They hadn't cleaned inside the car, specifically the trays in the middle. They left my pedals very slippery with some oil-like substance. The outside of the car still had dirt on it, and the window cleaning was awful. The wing mirrors were left with spray marks on them. I won't be returning ever again. I'd like to say I understand they are busy, but there were only three cars there, and that included mine.

Partner came home yesterday to tell me we had been charged £25 for a 4x4 clean - our car is a medium sized SUV (2WD). I’ve been in the car today, some of the windows have been missed, dust on dashboard. Poor expensive service!

Price has gone up and the service has gotten worse , awful job on the interior , they spray all over interior without wiping it down , when I got in my car I could see the spray/oil like residue all over the interior and on my pedals which caused me to slip. The workers just can’t be arsed,, they all look hungover, I read someone else’s review and they said they look like something out of the Adams family, I could not agree more. Not to mention that I nearly got into a scrap with one of them a couple of months back as he purposely missed my car and went to other cars which came after me , he did that on two separate occasions before i confronted him about it which he just mumbled something and walked off,but to be fair he did get told of by the older gentleman who intervened and he did apologise on his behalf and asked me to go threw him next time. Guys I just want to get my car cleaned without getting into beef or a confrontation is that so hard in this day and age 😂

I just pop in to wash my car and i told them that i’m your regular customer. I’m coming every 2 weeks here make sure plz clean my car good this time as it wasn’t clean properly last time and I pay £30 each time I go there so they charged me £30 in 5 mins they told it’s all done so I came home checked my back sets nothing was done n I pissed straight when from Home back to them that I just paid £30 you didn’t even touch the car backseats and under the seats The stuff was so rude to me I only asked give me the spray. I will clean it. Don’t worry he starts shouting on to me or you pay £30. Than I said okay how much do you want me to pay to clean the car just like no more simple cleaning as normal car wash does it for £12 every way in Derby I do not recommend this place They got 10-15 worker but they don’t even done the job properly, very disappointing never ever go again if you think £30 is not a less money just for the car wash and in five minute they give you key to say you’re done

Brilliant, very efficient and did an excellent job

I have been here many times over the years, but today was definitely my last time, half arsed isn't even close to describing their attitude, Monday morning so very quiet, they started to spray the car with pre wash... That was not even going on the car, then they washed the outside with jet wash then the slowest moving person I have ever seen used as little effort imaginable to lightly sponge... Well parts of the outside of the car, so I get out to wait for the inside to be done and honestly couldn't wait to leave, and £20 later... Yes £20 now...which is high but if the car was cleaned properly then it's not so bad. I get home and the car is still filthy, and the have completely missed two wheels and door shuts, oh and their hoover must be broken as my mats still have bits all over, and head rests not wiped ... I could go on and on... Once it was a decent fair place to go, now it feels like they just can't be arsed and will just take your cash, with staff that look like they have been dug up from grave yard and more suited to be in the Adams family.
