Started using Chadds hand car wash about 3 months ago with my Taxi ( Chads Cars). Always get the same great service every time. Friendly staff and reasonable price

Sometimes he charges a higher price after washing the car, and often he is rude if you ask why he charges different prices. However, there is no sign of cleanliness in his wash that I paid more cash for.

The last two car washes were rubbish they were too busy falling out with each other and minds not on the job I'm going elsewhere

Good and fast service

They had a good look inside and out, I did have dirty rubber floor mats when i arrived, needed a good clean. For £25 they did a fantastic clean inside and out. Ill be back again!

Scam. They charged £5 extra for being a new client. Avoid! We brought two cars in yesterday, one for (service 1) clean and the second car which was a small 3 door, which only needed a light valet. When paying they said £5 extra for the first time and then normal price next time. The quality was poor and I would recommend going somewhere else and not to use these amatuers.

Just bought a old car and want it cleaned up a bit inside and out. They did a good job at valeting it, at a reasonable price. Used to go 'nextdoor' but I will come here now.

They do excellent job.

I have had a very positive experience at this car wash. Having tried several car washes in the Derby area, I have consistently returned to this one over the past few months. They do an excellent job of cleaning both the interior and exterior of the car, and they even provide complimentary air fresheners, leaving the car looking and smelling fantastic.

Always do a great job. I don't go anywhere else.

This is the Newest car wash out of 3 within half a mile of one another. I’ve used this place once but I’m going back to the tried and tested one just down the road.
