I'm a lorry driver I've been driving all Knight at 4.30 am I've stop my lorry to fill up a diesel and to get a coffee a shop assistant refused to sell me a coffee hi bean very unprofessional his excuse hi is busy it was me and other truck,im attached his photo, I hope BP customer service will do some thing about it!

Przyyszne jedzenie serwowane przez Doświadczonego Chefa Kuchni i zarazem restauratora. Widac że wszystkie potrawy gotowane sa z pasją,Sercem i Miłością. Wszystko jest podane na Najwyższym poziomie. Każdy detal jest dopracowany do perfekcji. Do tego wszystkiego obsluka Kelnerska i Barmańska sprawia że zawsze tam wracam. Food variety is quite Low & Gregs at 17:30 quite empty . this station is good for fuel and PGL

Shocking service so ignorant and rude would not recommend!!!!

The shop was ok however toilets a mess, drainage missing on the exit so watch your alloys and a dodgy hand carwash thinking high Viz is the only PPE needed

I accidentally left my credit card at this location on 13/05/2025 and called the next day. The person I spoke to said he has it and I can pick it up. I went to pick it up the next day and no one there knew anything.

Was having a bad day and the young lady behind the counter was great friendly and went out her way to interact and by the end of the transaction I was smiling even the paying an arm and leg for fuel. Give the lady a pay rise or bonus or something. Around 12 ish midday

Was told I couldn’t fuel my lorry up as HGV pumps were blocked by a tanker lorry, and that I wasn’t allowed to use the car pumps. Staff member was rude and what a stupid policy. BP shame on you

Had an astonishing reply to my review that helped me to decide if I'd been a little harsh with my scoring ... I was, have 4 stars. 🙂 - I will concur a fellow reviewer and confirm that this site is good for long vehicles 😁, and advise another to choose a different pump (being a biker myself) and finally ...I'll highlight the Pret a' manger, instilling that with at least 6 car parking spaces supporting this little gem of a place, groups can meet, grab refreshments & sit in a warm café to discuss their impending adventure. The site is no more than a mile from the M1 North/South J26 A610 and is accessible from both sides of the A610 which might be signposted City Centre? Have fun!

Refused a class 2 recovery driver to buy a coffee with 2 staff on site knowing I'm going to be on the road another 6hours Won't use this site again
