IMO Car Wash

Why not update time if you are not going to stay open. Drove 15 minutes today and got there at 6pm only to find out they are closed, online it says they are open till 7pm.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) A solid first visit worth knowing a few things before you go I recently paid my first visit to IMO Car Wash and came away genuinely impressed overall. Here is what you can expect if you are planning a trip. Timing is everything. Weekends are absolutely fine, but I would strongly recommend arriving before 11am if you want to avoid any unnecessary waiting. Once the morning crowd builds up, you could be looking at a 10 to 20-minute queue, so an early start makes a real difference to your experience. Payment & booking. One thing worth noting before you arrive it is card only, so leave the cash at home. On the plus side, you have the flexibility to pre-pay online or simply pay an attendant on the day, which keeps things straightforward either way. The process itself. What genuinely sets IMO apart from your standard automated car wash is the manual pre-wash you receive before your vehicle enters the main wash tunnel. That extra step shows real attention to detail and gives you confidence that the stubborn dirt and grime is being tackled properly rather than just being pushed around. There are several treatment levels available, and I found the pricing to be very reasonable for what is on offer. Self-service vacuums. On site, there are dedicated bays where you can vacuum your interior yourself. The suction power is decent more than adequate for a quick tidy-up though if you are expecting the same pull as a domestic vacuum, it falls slightly short. Manage your expectations and you will not be disappointed. Staff. The team were professional, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered promptly and without any fuss, which always makes a visit feel more relaxed. Overall, IMO Car Wash delivers a quality service at a fair price. The pre-wash alone earns extra credit. I will definitely be returning just before 11am!

Paid 9 pounds for a triple foam. Going through, one of the spinners wasn't spinning. So that's not a complete wash. Came out and was an awful result. Not worth the cost. Lapsidasical attitude. Avoid . Not value for money

Triple Foam Wash. Car still has the heavy dirt stains. Only easy stuff came off. Lucky it was on offer. Guess I'm done with these guys. Used to be the Go To place, sadly not any more.:(

Fast service even when busy. Car wash is brilliant and always comes our dry and gleaming.

They did a great job with my car. As a matter of fact, I am going there again today, if time permits.

Love IMO but this site needs updating. Good staff good facilities but looking tired. We need more IMOs!

I paid £14 for the Ultra HD wash and the result was completely unacceptable. My wheels were still around 50–60% dirty afterwards, which defeats the point of paying for a premium service. During the wash, my number plate holder came off and was damaged. This happened while the car was in their system, so the damage was clearly caused there. Customer service was just as bad. The attendant gave no guidance at all, I had to work out myself that the car needed to be put in neutral by reading the sign. Basic assistance should be standard. I also asked for interior cleaning and was refused because I had supposedly arrived “late”. Overall, the worst car wash experience I’ve had. Poor wash quality, no customer support, and damage to my vehicle. Avoid at all cost!

Under the wheel it doesn't wash. They don't use properly yet wash.

It says they close at 7:00 PM, but they close before 6:40 PM.

Reasonable prices, quick service and very polite.
