OMG.The car was washed very badly, the mirrors and windows were smeared on the car, the windows were not dried, the interior was also very badly cleaned, the leather back seat was not even dusted, the trunk glass was not cleaned and the roof window was full of stains. after I got there and cleaned myself, I didn't say anything to the manager. He was happily talking to someone on the phone for half an hour.

Just washed my car here as I always do....but not any more! I always get a number 4 wash, but noticed on this occasion that 1. It didn't clean the wheels 2. There was still a lot of dirt on the bonnet. 3. The wash cycle was noticeably quicker than usual. Very disappointed especially as the prices have gone up.

What a ridiculous place. We paid for gold )which includes cleaning the plastics interior) and they didn’t. We flagged it up and they said they forgot! Then they did it but the manager said we shouldn’t come back because we spent too much time on one car. Madness. And disgusting.

Gave it a go as was in hurry but loads of dirt left on car and i'll use the hand wash down the road

I had a very disappointed at this car wash The quality of the car wash zero after wash my still dirty spots on the car, and the overall service felt rushed. Staffs was awfull they just use samphu and air pressure nothing much even they didn’t take out car foot mats they took my 35£ i I would not recommend this place due to the poor communication and unexpected overcharging.

It’s a car wash, what do you expect… prices in line with other local car washes.

Overpriced for a mediocre job, there’s better elsewhere.

A good carwash As a local it's my goto carwash However today it was ruined by a very selfish black man in a silver mercedes who rudely jumped the que in front of me When I tried to challenge this guy he cowardly did his window up and proceeded to film me on his phone Perhaps he likes to provoke people then film them A bad thing to do It does not look good on the mostly nice black community I would say We will meet again As this is our local carwash Something you should have thought about

Do not use that car wash. My car doesn’t looks different than before I used. No shampoo at all only water. Whoever runs this business is not looking after that. I decided to write a couple words because I live here for 7 years and it is all the time like this. Avoid waste of money!!!

Not impressed. Used them once to try but they only used a pressure washer to make the car wet and sprayed soap on it with a pump sprayer and than wiped it with cloth and hosed it down in record time. Was not even busy to rush it. No edges done no roof done. The tires where not properly done. When asking to do it a but more they where confused and wiped same parts again. And I was told to pay £20 I confronted the boss about it's nit done properly he claimed it's bit pissible to have it done in one time good. And they started to become pushy because they needed the space my car is using. Just avoid by every chance.

If I could give 0, I would. Terrible car wash, hardly cleaned the car, had to call them back to point out the mud still on my bumper. Stay clear of this place, terrible!!

I just got my medium car washed here. The price has gone up £5 to £25 for exterior and interior. The outside is passable but still has smears, but the inside looks like they couldn't be asked. Which might be OK for maybe £15 but certainly not for £25!

I used this car wash only 30 minutes before writing this review, and my car was left with noticeable scratches. While the company displays a disclaimer stating that the car wash is used at the driver’s risk, this does not excuse their apparent negligence and lack of care. 1. Poor Maintenance The equipment is not maintained. The brushes appeared worn, and debris or dirt was lodged in the machinery, damaging my vehicle, which is one of the most likely causes of damage. 2. Failure to Inspect or Remove Debris The person in the garage building who sold me the use had no idea of anything related to the machine; they could only provide me with a contact number for the manufacturer. This person could not tell me of any process to ensure the equipment was free from debris or anything else that might damage a car. 3. Inadequate Warnings The guidelines do not warn users about the risks involved, even when vehicles meet all the stated requirements. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. 4. Misleading Safety Assurances The signage implies that the car wash is safe for all vehicles within certain specifications. However, my car met all the requirements and was still damaged. 5. Negligent Customer Service When I attempted to raise the issue, I was met with no sense of urgency or willingness to resolve the matter. It feels like they hide behind their disassociation with the manufacturer to avoid accountability. I will submit a formal complaint shortly and expect the company to take responsibility for the damage caused. I strongly urge others to think twice before using this car wash until proper maintenance and safety protocols are in place.

Rushed and low quality overpriced and I’ve cleaned my car faster and done a better job with less resources avoid if you can

I have just washed my grey vaxhall car. Whilst I am pleased with the cleanliness, I noted that the £1 left in the car was taken. I usually leave £1 in the car for supermarket trolley and still saw the money just before I left the car with the car washer. This is quite disappointing as I have done same in the past and no one touched the money. I eill not use their seevice again due to this poor experience
