IMO Car Wash

This auto carwash is a rip off complete waste of time and money. Don't bother using your car comes out worst then it went in.

Closed for maintenance, but no sign of this on the website

Rude and disrespectful staff both to myself and my Car. 2 times now they have hit my car with the jet wash nozzle and not even an apology. They also like to close hours before actual closing time sending whoever comes away as they no longer want to work the day.

Very rude staff. If you don’t like what you do just leave

i am absolutely fuming with the way this car wash works! i took my girlfriends car there for a wash today and the staff were incredibly rude and the machine malfunctioned mid wash the dryer wasn’t lifting so i had to brake to prevent there being a further issue the member of staff that was working was incredibly rude and started shouting. the car wash reeked of wet dog. i would never recommend this place to anyone, stay away at all costs

Super rude staff

Avoid Paid 20 for in and out left with watermarks and dirt all over the car staff told me 20 is not enough for a proper clean no thanks i will stick to hand car wash in harlow

15 quid for a barely clean car

Really disappointed with my partners experience at IMO car wash today. He took his Seat Ibiza through the wash and when he came out, the wing mirror had been pulled apart and damaged. The missing part of the mirror was even found inside the machine, which clearly shows it happened during the wash. When he went back to speak to the staff, instead of taking responsibility or even showing a bit of understanding, he was told it was a “faulty part” and basically brushed off. The mirror was completely fine beforehand, so that explanation just doesn’t sit right. Accidents can happen, we understand that. What’s frustrating is the lack of accountability and the way it was handled. He wasn’t looking for an argument, just some support and for it to be taken seriously. Not a great experience at all and it’s really put us off using IMO again after years of using them. We will be reporting this to head office.

So lazy! I paid £8 for eco plus and he refused to do hand pre wash just put me through automatic wash. When I questioned him he insisted that you h to pay £9:50 want Bo using ten again

Job was done well and efficiently. Car is clean without scratches.

I had one of the worse experiences when I arrived they can't do their job properly and when you arrive at the location with your car dirty when you leave it's even more dirty, Stay away from this place it's horrible and not trustworthy at all

Poor service. Used this company for many years. Gone down hill, have to clean it again after.

Not as good as it used to be. The staff are very haphazard in their work. Some will spray the pre wash, others don't bother. No effort is made with the pressure wash before the main wash. Whilst travelling through the car wash, there's always a strong smell of dampness/sulphur. Something I've not experienced in other car washes.

States open until 7pm, got there at 6.30pm, closed for maintenance!!

Great car wash with good range of options and pricing reasonable. Level of cleaning I think is above what you would get at a fuel stop. Valet services on site and vacuum’s

Very poor quality. Fine for a v cheap car for a quick wash but don't take a nice car through, you will regret it.

Honestly I have not had a worse experience, please avoid this car wash if you don’t want your car to be even dirtier and damaged. I will be making a formal complaint. The car wash itself is faulty and we were made to reverse from the actual wash a number of times, I spent there 30 minutes in and out, staff trying to reset the machine over and over again. Which really messed up with my claustrophobia. Just to eventually come out even dirtier. One of the employees also damaged my car trying to pull out the child shade cover from the car, as seen in the photos. He was grinding his teeth and making monster like sounds ‘’arrrrgh arrrrgh’, honestly I was terrified.
