Great car wash, did a fab job

Very disappointed….only after I arrived I decided to check the reviews. The guy who cleaned my car only felt the need to only use spray foam and washed it off before sending me to go get it dried. When I got out my car, my white car was still VERY dirty. He didn’t even use a sponge to loosen the dirt or even clean the alloys. This is unacceptable service and I was clear to make a point, so they cleaned it again with again little effort and still not bothered to clean the alloys. I decided to let them get in with it and I left without checking because I could be bothered to stay there any longer. Later to find that my alloys are still dirty. Door trims untouched and my door handle cutouts still dirty. I will certainly not be brining any of my cars here to be cleaned!

Visited the car wash 7/6/26 - approx 5:15pm I couldn’t give less than a 1 star but here it is. SHOCKING service. The photos I’ve uploads are straight after I had been through this car wash. Not worth returning even if the London car washes are closed and this is open as you won’t be happy with the result. Save your money. Go to Bobby’s Enfield! 10/10 Also. I did get an apology but no offer to actually clean them. However, offered the Gold service if I wished for a better clean! Lol Also told that the staff are not paid as much as London staff (is this why) and Cambridge as example charge more for the wash and pay the staff even less = does this mean more profit. Less service??

Probably the best car wash I have ever been to, the attention to detail was second to none. The prices were extremely fair too.

Had the gold service and was done in 30 minutes. Thought they had a done a great job, been here a few times now and will keep using this place

£65 for a terrible car wash, I could wipe this dirt off the wheels with my finger. Dirty patches all over the car, missed heaps inside, I was furious when wife brought it home. Never again absolute rip off, photo below

Unprofessional organisation. Exterior clean was very poor , came out with white streaks all over the back , windows dirty and tyres not blacked . Guy cleaning was more interested In lighting up his cigarette and smoking during the clean . All in all a poor service , £10 for a small car , won't go back

For a Mini Aceman they charge me £20 one week £22 and now £25 it’s around the same size as a Fiesta 4 door smaller than an Astra and its not a 4x4 make your mind up on price and decide what is or isn’t a small or medium vehicle as you will lose customers without clear pricing up front. I’ll find another car wash at £25 for a mini!

If I could rate this place any higher I would! Proper car wash, not rushed like other places. If you want a quality wash be prepared to wait. Highly recommend this place!

Great services, good value for money

I arrived at the car wash and there were already two customers ahead of me, both of whom only needed interior cleaning. I specifically asked for exterior wash only, nothing else, the simplest service possible. After one full hour, those two customers were still there, and so was I. The reason? The cars were parked in such a way that no one could leave until theirs were finished. The staff kept switching between the two cars, and it honestly felt like they were starting over every time, with no clear organization or priority. As a result, I waited one hour for a basic exterior wash, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, they started my car and left it running for around 30 minutes for no reason at all, as if they were the ones paying for the fuel. I was never asked for permission, nor was there any explanation. To make things worse, I was charged the 4x4 price, even though my car is not a 4x4. It seems the pricing criteria are decided on the spot, depending on mood rather than facts. Overall, very poor time management, lack of professionalism, and inconsistent pricing. I would not recommend this place if you value your time, your fuel, or expect fair and transparent service.

Great clean ans really good price. Coffee was also good.

They are fairly quick, but there is room for improvement in the eye to details. In example rims cleaned properly and wax not wiped completelly leaving streaks on the paintjob

Perhaps they were short staffed, but it took almost an hour to clean my car. First visit so don't want to be overly harsh.

The worst car wash i been i ask outside and inside for 22 poundsi would expect better outside of car dirty marks inside my radio around radio all dusty very poor cleaning never again

Been to every car wash around Bishop Stortford and Sawbridgeworth. Always disappointed. Found these guys, Best car wash I’ve had in years. They took their time and did it properly

Really friendly staff, they did a great job with my car both inside and out. Got every little spec of dust out of the carpets and the seats look and smell amazing. Will definitely be returning!
