IMO Car Wash

Prepaid for a Ceramic XTR, went through the car wash. The car was still filthy afterwards. Went back round to give the attendant the opportunity to put it right. Dismissed out of hand and told to email head office. Awful customer service.

Typical car wash. Price was alright. Not entirely sure how the waxing etc works when everyone that goes through seems to get the same wash, but I don't know how it works. It won't do the same job as a manual clean (like getting hard to reach places) but I guess you can't expect it to. It was really easy and my car is now clean so no real complaints.

Scam. 4 deep so I downloaded the app and purchased a wash to save time. Got to the front of the queue, QR scanner and pre wash started. Then stopped. In broken English, the guy told me “not gone through, poor signal for our company. Refresh.” Cue 8 minute stand off before i was forced to buy another car wash just to get out of the queue. Had to buy another after standing my ground as you know what the modern world is like with idiots filming everything… Contacted company and raised credit card dispute. “It’s ok you come again and wash car!”

RIP off. Like others have said, paid for foam, didn’t get foam, tried to rob me off about how dirty my car was. Put through on a cheaper wash, bloke who runs it is a rip off merchant. Lost customer 👎🏻
