Careless washing, as they scratched my passenger window while drying

It was better before but it is getting worse and worse with time. I won't go there anymore. They charge random car size prices. I've always paid the small size price, now they increased all the prices and started charging me the medium size. While some months ago they were doing a good job, they now started rushing and leaving a lot of dirt on the car. They were also gifting a car air freshener but they stopped doing that now. Definitely stay away from them

Terrible service. I was over charged and they rushed the job, yet my car was the only vehicle there. Water marks where left on my car and windows which haven't been wiped off properly. Which left me not satisfied. You always have to ask for a air freshner which I didnt get yet I payed for. It's not good enough. I won't be using this terrible service again. They are over charging people and not delivering the service which they state they are servicing. I would avoid at all costs.

Disgusted with whats just happened. Im a loyal customer thats just been with my mother to have her car cleaned and it needed a good clean because its been left a while for reasons i wont share on here but she was left humiliated with one of your men opening the car door and commenting “ why don't you clean your car its filthy!” I was in shock. Its a car wash where you go to get dirty cars cleaned. The man should mind his business, get some customer service skills and not judge people when he doesn’t know the circumstances! We skipped having the inside cleaned due to being made to feel awful. Wont be returning here.

AVOID AVOID AVOID 🚫 I took my car here to be cleaned and they blasted the clear coating off. I spoke to them straight away and they pretended they didn't speak English. Now I've got to pay £700 to get it fixed.

Literally just left here, the roof of my car is still dirty, my wheels haven't been touched. No air freshener, no wheel clean let alone treatment and they charge me differently each time£12..£13. £13 isn't even on the price list! Used to be very good, rubbish now which is a shame as I used to go regularly

My experience is similar to many reviews. Have a car that is a small SUV/ medium sized car. They charged me £15 for an exterior wash, claiming my vehicle was a van. I won't be returning. Don't like putting negative reviews, but this is bordering on a scam.

I visited this car wash on 19th December. While the car was washed well overall, especially the wheels, the experience ended very badly. When I stopped my car at Morrisons, I noticed a long, very noticeable scratch line on the driver’s side window. Unfortunately, it is positioned exactly where you need to look to check the right mirror, which makes it extremely distracting and unsafe. The scratch was not there before the wash. Based on what I observed, it was most likely caused while the windows were being wiped — possibly by a cloth that had picked up a small stone or dirt from the ground. This kind of basic mistake should never happen during a professional car wash. What was supposed to be a simple pre-Christmas car clean turned into a lot of stress. Now I need to replace the window, which means additional time and money. Because of this experience, I would not recommend washing your car here. It’s better to avoid the risk.

£20 for a small car, rubbish inside clean the hoovering was awful. Wet marks on the back seat. They swopped a 50p in my car that my daughter had saved with Peter rabbit to a normal one and stole my Turkish eye. Will not be returning and will be telling people about my experience. Absolutely disgusting stealing from people who trust you to clean the car.

the worst 👎🏻 car wash. They wash quickly and let a lot through. They broke the air freshener. I tell him you broke it and he stands there and brazenly lies that it was broken.

Started to overcharge us recently stating our car is now medium even though for months we have always paid the small car fee?? When questioned, very rude and dismissive. Service is also very rushed and not worth getting done.

Went with my Aygo today, ( standing joke in our family due to its size), was £6.99 which has now increased to £8.99, fair enough, but when I came to pay they took £10 off me and offered me no change, when questioned they said it's £10 cus it has 4 doors, will be the last money of us for sure.

Great lads & lasses. They will do a good job for the price. This isn’t a pro detailing centre though…..
