East Dulwich hand car wash

I just had my car washed there today. The staff were friendly and did what appeared to be a good job, however upon closer inspection, they’ve left numerous scratches on the driver window and the back windshield. Reading the reviews, others have had similar experience. Truly disappointing as this is going to be very expensive to fix and I wish I had never gone there in the first place.

Didn’t clean boot. Argued with me when I pointed it out. Annoyingly they had also changed the radio channel and changed the air conditioning settings too. Poor service

Moved in the area recently and thought I’d give it a try. Word of advice, avoid! They use Really cheap materials for interior cleaning. I asked for an interior clean and came back to pick up the car to find that they just sprayed this very glossy spray everywhere so everything is shiny and sticky and still wet! They didn’t even wipe it down. That said, the back seats were still dirty! Personally not coming back here again.

The prices here have gone up massively and they charged me £40 for an in and out clean. The car felt clean and they did a pretty good job. Deducting a star because of the price and also because they helped themselves to my hidden coin cache without asking.

Great experience, great staff and the cars are always cleaned to perfect standards. Will definitely Recommend

Honestly mate, these guys are absolute legends. My car was proper filthy, looked like it had been through a building site and back. The lads here were friendly as anything – greeted me with a smile, a “mate” and a “boss” – felt right at home. They didn’t rush it either, took their time, got into all the nooks and crannies. Wheels came up sparkling, bodywork shining like it was straight out of the showroom. Couldn’t ask for better, really. For the price, it’s spot on. Thought it’d just be a decent wash, but nope – exceeded my expectations big time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Five out of five, no question about it. Cheers lads!

Appalling job - left multiple areas unwashed, so rough job and there were suds marks left all over car. When I complained they said it was part of the paint! Hilarious. Refused to refund, got £5 back and washed it when I got back home instead. All the 'paint' marks' of course disappeared. Lazy and obnoxious.

Advertised as closing at 7pm refused entry at 6:30 man frantically gesturing towards me. No conversation, went out my way as have positive experience before. Either open until you day or update your hours m.

Horrible price poor wash

They’re not serious. I got there at 6pm as I saw online it closes at 7pm. They all rushing and shouting no it’s closing at 6:30pm so I’m asking can they do what I need them to do, clean the car very well outside and the seats/dashboard and plastic bits inside (I hoovered myself) so there wouldn’t be too much hoovering left to do. They said (yes yes) and just kept on going. This is my first personal car I’m a young female and they were just rushing rushing. Barely done any cleaning. They didn’t charge me full price but they still took money of course. I would have rather they told me come back as I asked many times are you sure you can do my car properly. When I left I noticed the most obvious and basic thing had not been cleaned properly. My window literally had bird poop on it! So obvious.🙄🙄🙄 My mistake.
