Diamond Dulwich Car Wash

Have used this location when visiting family for several years. However - it has changed hands - and my experience yesterday was far from good ! The boot of my 4x4 was not hoovered out - the outdoor sills were not cleaned - and I drove a way thinking "Never again" - £25 down the plug-hole ! When I got back home - I had to get a bucket of water and clean off all the smears - and basically "finish the job" myself. Annoyed and disappointed !

I went to wash my car there, and they charged me £25. I was disappointed because the sign says £15 plus £10 for interior cleaning. I asked them why they charged me £25, and they said the interior cleaning was included in the £10. However, as I was leaving, I realized they hadn’t cleaned the trunk. While I was trying to pay, they approached me as if trying to intimidate me. In short, they act like bully car cleaners. Never again.

£20 for outside wash only and could still see dirt and bird poo after cleaning. The waiting time was more than expected. Only x2 persons working on this day, few customers left due to waiting times.

The car wasn’t clean as there was still bird poo on the sunroof and the carpet still had dirt on it. The handles still had dirt around it. There were still leaves near the window wipers. Plus it cost £23 for a fiat 500, which is a lot considering how small the car is.

First time here and asked for the outside only to be done. They don’t clean properly around the wingmirrors nor do they spray the outside of the windows. Started slapping my car with a squeegee to get the excess water off. No microfiber or chamois. I just paid with no fuss to get away from them but I’d recommend to take your money elsewhere for a proper cleaning 👍

We were told our car was ‘exceptionally dirty’ and we’d have to pay £30. Obviously we didn’t and we won’t be back! Does this look ‘exceptionally dirty’ to you?

Long wait at peak times but they do a really good job and it's pretty cheap

Tried to get my car washed here four times over the past week. Twice closed although online it said open, and twice turned away because they were too busy (even though I was told to come back the next day). Used to be good, but I will not be returning here.

What has to this car wash used to be so good, only 2 people working there and takes forever to get car washed! Please someone take it over or employ more people. No issues with the washers themselves.

Took over 2 hours to do inside and out. Outside was still dirty and was told this needs to go to Car wash and be polished. Very slow and very poor

Have used before and it's been ok; have now discovered that they close randomly despite the advertised opening times. Possibly not an issue if it's on your doorstep.

I waited for ages to get my car washed. This morning I had an important meeting and I was overcharged, only £2 but I still gave a £3 tip. It would have been a £5 tip but I was charged £20 for a wash and hoover. As the appointment was more important than the fact that the interior cleaning was not done. The only one who did any work was the young man who was doing the washing and the wheels. I drove back to the car wash, this evening but it was closed. But believe me I will be back there first thing tomorrow morning. Obviously the cat was away and the mice were at play 😡😡😡
