Amazing service, quick, efficient and welcoming staff

I came for a mini valet today and this is my first time i have had my car cleaned professionally. The staff were so welcoming and friendly! They did an incredible job cleaning my very dirty car and even gave me an air freshener to take away. My car is sparkling now! Would highly recommend to anyone, top class service :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) I want to start by apologising to the owner and staff. I visited today and mistakenly blamed the car wash for scratches on my car — I was wrong, and I argued unnecessarily. The scratches were not caused by them. I'm sorry for that. The service here is genuinely excellent. Out of 6 car wash places I've tried, this is my 2nd favourite. The staff work hard and do a thorough job. The only minor issue I noticed is that dirt near the bumper and number plate area wasn't fully removed. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Overall — great service, hardworking team. I'll be coming back! 🙏

Excellent service, polite, friendly, attention to detail, fair price

Excellent service and very reasonable price.

I’ve been coming here for the past two years and usually get the mini valet every month. Until now, I’ve generally been satisfied with the service. However, during my most recent visit I stayed inside and noticed that after the wash, when the car was supposed to be fully dried with a cloth, one of the staff members skipped several areas and didn’t even touch them. The interior and the windows were cleaned properly, but the exterior drying was clearly incomplete. When I politely pointed out that some parts of the car still needed to be dried or cleaned properly, the staff member immediately started arguing and insisted that everything had already been done. They barely listened to what I was trying to explain. What disappointed me the most was not just the missed spots, but the way the situation was handled. Even if there was a misunderstanding, it would have taken less than a minute to quickly go over the areas again. Instead, the response was aggressive and dismissive. After being a regular customer for two years, this experience was very disappointing. Customer service and respectful communication matter, and unfortunately this visit did not reflect that. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

We got a super valet which is £30. Friendly staff and very fast service. The car was covered in dog fur but they removed all traces that a dog was even in the car! Polished, foot mat covers added at the end, air freshener and external wash. Would recommend.

Left my car here for 40 min for a super valet after getting dog hair all over, when I picked it up the car was spotless inside and out, smelt clean, and was given an airfreshener too. (Callum)

Great car wash service! My car looked brand new , and such care was taken even on the interior. There was a scratch on the car and they took their time to remove it (I didn’t even ask them to do this nor did I think I’d be able to get it off here)😍😍

Miracle workers! Took my car in that had been used for a few too many trips to the tip and was full of all manner of dirt and debris. 40 minutes later it might as well be a new car. Great service and extremely good price for what you get.
