Never visiting again petrol i take premium but my car drive worst than on cheap petrol from sainsburry, problem with parcels , after delivery to this shop in Tuesday I need contact friday with ebay for possible collect it , as in the shop working just scammers dont scan parcel like ready to collect and one shop assistant said if I dont collect it i can take refund from ebay never more collect parcel or take petrol from this place

Appalling rudeness from Sureth on the tills. Went in for an ebay collection and all he could say was I'd. Took me 4 goes before I could work out what he wanted. Normally they scan my phone barcode first. Liability to any customer facing business. Will collect my ebay purchases and fuel elsware. Blocked drain smell in the shop too, which is troubling for any shop selling food.

Staff have a poor attitude.Not helpful and bad manners.

Car wash takes your money and doesn’t work. Clown inside wastes your time trying to sort it. Avoid.

I visit this service station regularly and without a problem for years. But there is one man that I didn't get the name of but was on shift around 6:45 today. He was so rude to me and even through the card back at me for no reason at all. He has been rude on many occasions before but never to this extent this is why I'm going to the trouble of leaving this review. Another customer that was in the shop said its not just you who he is rude to, it's everyone. I hope something gets done about him, others may feel the same. What a horrible experience I have had! And after all these years of being a customer I will not be returning ever again!
