Mini valet 25 and not my cat not proper clean

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but after cleaning my car and asking for their money asked twice if they could please wipe the wing mirrors properly as they had been missed each time. Staff gave a quick wipe but that was that. After I left I pulled over to inspect if there was any other areas the were still dirty and found they had only half cleaned my car. The service was fast but that was the only positive on this occasion which is a shame as they’re usually very vigilant. Photos are just after my clean wiped some bits with a baby wipe.

I have often used this car wash and had a positive experience but the last visit was intimidating. Instructions were barked at me, no smiles or nods, two men were in conflict with one kicking the other. I was told to move forward by one man then another barked at me to move back. One man was spitting everywhere. The job wasn't finished when one guy opened the door and asked for £2 more than was advertised, I just wanted out of there so gave him £10instead of £8. Next I was waved off without the car being dried off. I had my Grandson with me and he was upset so we just went. I would give zero stars if I could. Won't use again.

Efficient, good service and the car was spotless inside and out! They even wiped down a couple of things I had to take out of the boot because they had gotten wet in the rain which was above and beyond

Don't go if you're on a time limit. Not particularly busy; pulled straight into the forecourt, had the first stuff sprayed on immediately and it still took half an hour.

Most expensive car wash of my life. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I left my older car in their care, and when I picked it up, I discovered that the the sensors are going crazy in the car, constant beeping, windows not winding down, likely due to excessive water pressure during the valet service. I’ve spoken to neighbors, and it turns out other people in the community have had similar issues, having to spend hundreds of pounds on auto electricians and repairs. This was supposed to be a convenient and positive experience, but it turned into a costly nightmare. I also ended up breaking down the next day on my way to work because they drained the battery, which forced me to take a day off and caused a lot of inconvenience. Since it’s an old car, I had to get it replaced at the end. Overall, it’s been an absolute headache, and I strongly advise others to think twice before using this valet service. It’s definitely not worth the trouble.

Took my car here this morning, washed inside and out for £25. Really impressed, inside especially the matts were muddy and dirty and they did a grand job. Friendly lovely staff too.

Went yesterday and it was busy, was spray a few times with different things but wasn't washed after the foam just blasted again, it was just wiped over with a shammy leather which probably got rid of some of the muck, mentioned it to who was doing the shammy leathering but didn't understand what I was saying to him, there's too many people doing different jobs so nobody seems to know what's been done.

Been today as I usually use once a fortnight but this time one of the guys tried to over charge me thought it would be ok to keep the change … not the case just check your change before leaving

Always use this place and the guys are good but today was a very weird experience! The guy was buffing my car at the exit and he spat on both the wing mirrors (only a little)and then buffed them up . I was in shock thinking did I see correctly 😂 not sure if this is a new thing. He then used the same cloth to buff other cars take about saliva wash lol very strange

My car hadn't been washed for a while so was quite mucky including some moss. They did a really good, thorough job. Impressed for the price - £7 for my estate car.

I’ve brought my car here a few times and they do a good job for a good price. Saw some reviews complaining but for £25 for a mini valet I think they’re great.

Really lovely guys, excellent special valet on my car the was especially dirty from the dogs!
