Miserable staff especially the woman with the dark hair, off hand all the time, never smiles, think she’s called Mel. Dread it when I see she’s on till.

Today I went to fill my car with unleaded petrol. The pump was clearly not allowing petrol through as I pulled it out of my car and saw quiet clearly that only air was coming through until the got to £2.71 when petrol then pumped out of the pump all over the side of the car. When I let the customer service person know on paying she told me that this could not happen! Well believe you me it did and would I be scamming BP out of £2.71 if I was a dishonest customer? Your customer service was very poor in my complaint to them and so I am highlighting it here. I will not use the garage again and would advise people to read this complaint with care.

Decent garage with good amenities. Not very clean inside, however there is a good large range of products and a Subway with a good amount of seating. There was a gentleman begging for money on the forecourt, unsure if staff were aware. Toilets were out of order, not great for a sit down Subway, hoping they’re fixed next time as this was what put me off eating here.

Lpg 129p, petrol 132p...considering cars converted to lpg use 10% more of it than they would of petrol it makes ZERO sense to get it there as you'd be running at a loss. Spoke to the manager about it but she is THICK as a plank and claims they sell plenty of it 😂😂😂😂
