Always forgetting to vacuum the boot always need to point it out faults plus was paying £28 came back after few weeks they wanted to charge me £50 for the same job not coming back as after 3 h of waiting my car wasn't cleaned

Absolutely brilliant service! My car was a total mess inside and out, and last time I used a valeting service in Ashby and it was really rushed and still had dirt and dog hairs in. The guys here made it completely pristine for £20!! Nothing was left uncleaned, even tiny details. I'll 100% go here from now on as they're excellent value for money. 10/10 Edit: I left a huge amount of cash ready from my business in a tray under the seat and totally forgot to take it out. They kept it to one side for me! Incredibly honest as when they asked had I left anything in the car I said no!

Tried to book online but no one responded. Drove straight to the site. They took my car immediately. Inside plus outside cleaned well. All done in less than 45 minutes & all for only £20. I will use them again. Far better than the people I have been using at BP Ashby.

Would give no stars if i could, I turned up at 8am as it says online but was not open, went back a little later on and guy said it will cost a extra 6 quid because it was not the best inside, I agreed, I said how long, he said 45 min , which I said ok i will come back in a hour, I looked around a few shops and went back after 1 hour to find they had not even started cleaning my car, waste of time , jokers , dont use

Dropped car off for inside and out and polish was told ok come back in 90 mins, came back and car not even started still in the same spot where it was left,was told give me 20 mins, so all your bays are full yet your going to washe hoover and polish in 20 mins,this place is now an absolute joke,it used to be a good little place,don’t waste your time use someone else

They do a AWESOME job at valeting your vehicle. First class all the way!

Returned after an hour and my car still not done. Only asked for in and out. On getting the car back 30mins later hoovering not done well. Wouldn’t use again.

I’ve had a few washes here before — service was never great, but just about acceptable. One guy named Aldi stood out and took good care of the car, unlike his colleagues. Unfortunately, my last visit was terrible. The exterior wasn’t cleaned properly — dead bugs and marks still visible. The interior was worse after the wash, with dirty towels used that left marks on my son’s seatbelt and grease on previously clean surfaces. Worst of all, they left swirl marks on my brand-new car. I paid £40 for this and honestly regret it. If you care about your car and want a proper clean without damage, avoid this place.

They don't do a good job since they have got new owners and they try to get more money out of you at the end,they don't clean the cars good and also they don't do what you ask them to do but they say they have,please avoid them at morrisons car park swadlincote

I chose their Gold package at £23, expecting a thorough clean. I was told the car would be ready in 1 hour, but when I returned after 1 hour and 45 minutes, it hadn’t been started yet, so I had to come back again later. While most of the car was cleaned well, I noticed the sills weren’t fully cleaned when I checked in daylight the next morning (see attached photo). For the price, I expected a better experience.

Made a very good job cleaning my car, I was pleased with the finish. I deducted a star due to the fact it was not ready when they said it would be, I returned to the site after 2 hours shopping, and the guys hadn't even started cleaning it.They did start it straight away as soon as i arrived to pick it up, but i had a bit of a wait sitting on a chair outside.

What a brilliant job I did get from there my car was very dirty and they made it look like brand new
