Scratched all my alloy wheel up when changing a tyre . And then told me it's because my wheel was painted .Dont use if you like your alloys .......

Bought tyre from them, in picture looked okay i checked them it looked fine after one week i found out there was a cut in tyre and they used glue or some stuff to hide it. It was hard to find out when i checked. It was waste of money, i'll never buy frol them.

I purchased a set of tyres advertised as 2025 Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 tyres, described as having no repairs or damage. However, upon inspection at home, I discovered that one tyre was actually from 2024, one was an entirely different model, and another contained a puncture repair despite being advertised otherwise. As a result, I had to make a 360-mile round trip to collect and return the tyres. Reimbursement for travel expenses and court costs was only provided after I pursued the matter through the small claims court. I would strongly advise customers to have tyres thoroughly inspected before purchase or fitting to ensure they match the description and are free from defects, to avoid the stress and expense I unfortunately had to face in recovering my costs.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with the car washing services. £15 for a mini valet. We were there for 1 hour and we have left with a poorly cleaned car. The car was washed and left to naturally dry, leaving water marks. We had to request they buffer the marks out. The windows were cleaned, but again a very poor finish, have been left with smears all over the glass. We had to request the boot was re-hoovered as there were obvious areas that had not been hoovered. Seats have not been moved, therefore under the seats are still dirty. Had to request they cleaned the wing mirrors. After the wash on the outside, still marks that we had to request be removed. The team that cleaned the car, did not seem like they were over the age of 16 years, hence the poor finish. We were informed that they were understaffed, but they did not appear to be working efficiently to get the job done to an acceptable standard (e.g. 3 staff cleaning the inside of the car, whilst other cars were left to naturally dry). In the end we left very dis-satisfied but did not want to wait any longer, as we had already been there for 1 hour!

Mini valet done here regularly - great price and local young people employed who always do a nice job. Not had tyres done only cleaning.

Not the best. No quality control. Will not use again and would recommend you go elsewhere.

Staff are very polite you get offered drinks whilst there working on your car and the place is just overall amazing with the staff working very hard and the products being top quality!

Due to the repeated issues with tyre safety and quality, I cannot recommend this business. Tyres that have received repairs to the sidewalls are dangerous and should be good for nothing but a bin.

Brought 4 tyres after a week noticed 2 of the tyres had bulges in them so the company have ask me to come back and he will replace them with Bridgestones but when I got home I noticed he had put 2 budget tyres on when he said he would put Bridgestones on which I originally had on all 4 wheels well pissed off I'll not use them again so people stay away from this company

This is a well staffed familly business with great customer service and attention to detail they only sell quality tyres also have valeting facilities and dont skimp on cleaning chemicals i would recommend them to all

4 tyres fitted at pitstop. Friendly staff , looked after me with free drinks and also gave me a chance to win the raffle which is £50. Definitely recommend, will be back again for sure.

Came to Pitstop for two 225/40/18 tyres and ended up getting a free wash too. Really friendly staff, quick service and decent prices. Tyres fitted with no issues and the car looked great after the wash. Nice to find somewhere that actually looks after customers. Will definitely be back and would recommend to others. Would also like to personally say thank you to one of their staff members, Bogdan, for making it so easy for me to get my car sorted out.
