I recently booked Auto-Bright Valeting & Detailing for their Star Valet package and couldn’t be happier with the service I received from start to finish. I initially contacted them via Facebook on a Friday evening. Despite it being out of hours, Jamie responded personally, answered my questions and managed to fit me into a cancellation slot on the following Monday, even though availability was limited. Communication throughout was excellent and I was informed in advance that John would be carrying out the valet. On the day, John sent a proactive text message to let me know he was running slightly behind schedule. It was a small gesture but hugely appreciated as it allowed me to adjust my diary accordingly. When he arrived, John talked me through exactly what he would be doing and explained that he carried his own power and water supply, so there was nothing required from me. He then spent around four hours working on the car in very hot weather and the results were outstanding. The car was in a real state beforehand and he genuinely returned it to showroom condition. What impressed me most was the pride John took in his work. Before leaving, he asked me to inspect the vehicle and when I pointed out a couple of very minor areas that I was being particularly picky about, he happily spent additional time going back over the car to make sure everything was perfect. That level of professionalism and attention to detail is increasingly rare to find. The whole experience was friendly, professional and completely hassle-free from initial enquiry through to payment. I would highly recommend Auto-Bright Valeting & Detailing and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you to both Jamie and John for a fantastic service.

1st class service from start to finish. The communication was above and beyond and the results from the valet were exceptional both inside and out. Without any shadow of a doubt this company is THE BEST. 5 stars for everything from punctuality to personality. A real quality clean . Just turned up and did a great job . You would not believe there had been any dogs near my car never mind in it . Lovely polite, well mannered gentleman. No moaning no sharp intake of breath , no wondering or pondering,he just got on with the valeting and had time to show me the finished product. Big WOW !!!!from me. A real pleasure for once .. someone comes with a promise of doing a good job and carries it out … Absolutely Brilliant. Thankyou so much.

Cannot recommend this company enough My cars interior was coated in mud and dog hair, the exterior had been left a long time without attention This company was not fazed in the slightest and the end result was exceptional They went above and beyond when I had to take the vehicle mid clean for an emergency and they returned to complete the job at no extra cost. Polite, great communication and top drawer service Definitely recommend.
