Absolutely terrible experience. The owner was incredibly rude from the moment I arrived—dismissive, impatient, and completely unprofessional. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by showing up. As for the actual service, it was shockingly poor. The job was rushed, with obvious spots missed and a general lack of care. For a company that’s supposed to specialize in car valeting, the results were nowhere near acceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time, money, and basic customer respect, look elsewhere.

DVS delivered a solid service. They showed up as scheduled, paid attention to the details, and left the car looking fresh and clean. Good quality work and fair pricing. I’d use them again.
