Waves Hand Car Wash Loughborough

I feel so bad writing this but feel I have too. Today ( Saturday) I took my car here & I did so because of the good reviews. The poor guy working there was on his own & clearly rushed off his feet. Trying to get everyone in & out as quick as possible. I have no doubt if he wasnt so rushed then my car would have been cleaned to a high standard. Unfortunately this wasnt the case. I paid £32 & although the outside looks ok thw windows weren't cleaned. I wsnt given a air freshener 🥲 so ive had to go buy one ( more money) I truly do not think this is an issue with the cleaner, the poor guy couldn't apologise enough & luckily we were happy to go wait in McDonald's until he was done ( more money spent) There is a lot that hasn't been cleaned & I feel hes done my car between other's & unfortunately that means things have been missed. Again this isnt the staff members fault ( solely) its a Saturday, he was alone due to another staff member being off & the cars were piling up!! I am though out of pocket & still need to get the inside of my car cleaned to a standard that is more acceptable. Management please taje note & DO NOT blame the staff member he tried bless him.

Booked online. Turned up and, despite showing online as open and signs all saying open 7 days a week, the place was closed. Tried calling and went to voicemail. Only way to check I wouldn’t be charged is to find the app and send a message. Not good.

False advertising - this is not 7 days a week car wash. It is closed today. One guy turned up and said he can clean the car, but he needs a few minutes. Half hearted job really. Wheels still filthy and various spots on the car not clean. Horrific swirls left on the door panels too. Didn’t open any of the doors to wipe down the door sills. Bang overage really considering what shiny hand do around the corner for the same money

Exceptional service! My car was in a real state and it now looks brand new. I'm so happy with the friendly and professional service. I've never seen such a thorough clean in such a short space of time. I'm absolutely over the moon with the service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

I just had my car washed and the result was fantastic — it’s spotless and shining like new! The interior is sparkling clean and smells amazing too. The two gentlemen who helped me were so kind and friendly. They’ve recently taken over the business, so please do support them, you won’t be disappointed! They’re right on the corner by Tesco, so it’s perfect for getting your car washed while you do your shopping, and it even counts towards your Clubcard points!

Absolutely fabulous, my car gets parked under trees so gets very hard to clean stuff on it. They did it so well with great attention to detail, many thanks and would highly recommend

I had a great experience at WAVES! The staff were friendly and efficient, and my car came out spotless inside and out. They paid attention to all the little details even the rims and door frames were shining. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole process was quick but thorough. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends. Great value for the quality of service!
