Awesome staff they do a brilliant job and definitely highly recommend this place for a decent car wash.

We had a very disappointing experience. Our friend’s Range Rover is significantly larger than our BMW X3, yet they were charged only £25 for the same car wash, while we were told our BMW X3 would cost £30. What made the experience even more frustrating was that, while I was looking at the price list, another member of staff standing nearby told me that my car would be £25. However, when the person responsible for charging arrived, they insisted it was £30. We are not concerned about the extra £5. What bothered us was the inconsistent pricing and the feeling that we were being treated unfairly. We expected transparent and consistent pricing, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

Used to be a good place to get your car cleaned. I went last week and I have to say they didn't do as good a job as they normally do. Looked liked they had new staff who didn't know what they were doing.

AVOID!!!! They will scratch you car

Just don’t go to this place. They rushed washing my car, literally put some foam on, rinsed it off, put some sponged foam, rinse it off then to drying? This was ridiculous. My wheels were as dirty as they were prior entering the car wash. When you finish washing your car, they make you go through a self hot wax, by the time I got to the person which was supposed to clean my windows and the car, it had dried off. This caused to have stains on the car windows, when I asked the guy if he can clean it off, he said he can’t and it’s my fault for using the wiper? I absolutely did not use the wiper, and frankly, it doesn’t reach in the left corner of the windscreen and even if it did it wouldn’t cause dried off wax residue marks. The guy went over it with a rag, and said he can’t clean it off and it’s £10 for the wash. I’m never coming here ever again, not even if you paid me.

The team works incredibly hard, even when there's a queue, and they pay attention to the details that other places miss—like the wheel arches and lower bumpers. The snow foam jet wash and hot wax finish leave the paintwork gleaming every single time. It's excellent value for money for a proper hand wash. Highly recommended!"

Only place I’ve been to where they actually clean the wheels thoroughly and really fair price for inside and out.

Usually quick & efficient

Most of the car was cleaned well however, the boot space and the back window was not cleaned very well with mud splatter still visible. The interior cleaning looked like a rush job. The exterior was cleaned extremely well - they just need to do just as well on the inside.

Bad attitude of the staff and the manager. Broke my back wiper and showed no remorse but ‘it was broken from before’. Poor communication during wash too. Don’t leave bad reviews but I’m disappointed
