Rochester Airport Hand Car Wash

Worst car wash ever! Avoid! Went to this car wash as I usually go gym Rochester health club and I said let’s try it. I was told it costs £20 for inside and outside clean. And I’ve asked if I can pay with card which they said yes. After finishing my gym I came to pick up my car and another guy gave me my car keys saying the total is £20. So said I will pay card. After that he said (No is only cash). I told him that I spoke to the other guy and said that card is ok. He brings the card machine from somewhere and tries to charge me £25. I said are you crazy? Why you charging me £25 when you said £20? And after that charges me £22 saying that with card is more expensive. Filthy scammers they are and my car was not even clean properly. Don’t waste your time! Avoid!

Ozzy and the team consistently go above and beyond, making sure every part of the car is cleaned, carefully, to a high standard. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the results every time. It’s also great to support a family-owned business that genuinely cares about its customers. Unfortunately have had to report these to the police as they theived from my partners car during an in out wash. A vape not a big deal and a Pandora necklace from centre console. Owner was un phased or bothered. Avoid if you want to keep your property safe. To add insult did a poor job of the car too.. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
