I do not recommend this car wash at all. The service was poor, and my car was not cleaned properly. It was a complete waste of money and time.

Lack of attention to detail. Don’t wash and vacuum the car properly. I just wasted £10 for outside only with dirty windows and water marks all over! Poor job! Staff is rude! Instead go to bishops car wash across the road!

Today I visited to get my car washed and the interior cleaned. Beforehand, I showed the car and clearly asked for a proper, thorough clean However, after the cleaning was done, I noticed that many areas were still in the same condition as before. When I pointed this out, a man wearing army trousers started mocking me and even told another customer that the car was already dirty Of course the car was dirty that’s exactly why I came for the service. It is your responsibility to clean it properly, especially when you are charging for it. What was even more disappointing that I ended up picking up a cleaning cloth myself and had to do part of the cleaning on my own, despite paying for the service. Additionally, the same person said that next time I shouldn’t come, and that they wouldn’t provide service. Despite this behaviour, I chose to ignore his comments and remained calm This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Car looked as it did from factory thank you!

Opted for Silver and dissatisfied with the level of interior cleaning. All my interior surfaces (dashboard, wheel, knobs etc) were oily upon completion. And not done properly. Had to give things another wipe when I got home. External wash was good. But not coming back here in the future.

Second visit today, first visit was great. Today on second visit had to finish cleaning it at home because so much was missed. Not hoovered properly, interior not cleaned properly and streaks on windscreen. So disappointed 😞 I know the price is fair but I still expect it to be cleaned properly.
