Prime Hand Car Wash & Tyres

My car wasn't properly cleaned. The windscreen still had dirts. No air freshener was given afterwards and my car was smelling of whatever they used in cleaning the dashboard

Used PHCW today for the first time. The team is very nice and professional. They wash and dry the car by hands so no rollers that most of the time scratches the car body. The price for a full wash, inside hoovering/cleaning is good considering I have a large SUV. Thank you guys, you will be my new car wash spot!! And I highly raccomend you to everyone!!

Very unhappy with my recent experience. They broke my car antenna, and when we questioned her response was “this is a car wash, you take risks” and was very aggressive and rude. No apology given. She spoke to myself and my partner in an extremely unprofessional manner. Only when I confronted her she then kept saying “I wasn’t being rude” she needs to change her attitude to paying customers. I know mistakes happen but there is no need for aggression when asking why they’ve broke something. Will not be revisiting .

Great car wash, very professional and supply a great service cleaning the car/van. Prices are very good too for what you get. Definitely recommend

Went to this prime hand car wash and it wasn’t to the top standard. Wasn’t even washed properly or dried. £20 for this hand car wash is super expensive.

This place is a joke, charged £20 just rinse half of the car. Funny enough their weren't busy at that time.

Fantastic service! I had my car collected this morning for a wash and they were friendly and professional. My car came back after about an hour so clean and smelling fresh. I had inherited my car from my nan and sadly it needed a good clean and tidy inside as it wasn't smelling great. It came back smelling and looking like a clean car. Will definitely be using again

they still leave dust and smears all over the van, wheels wasn’t cleaned well at all.

They did a decent job of washing my vehicle, not the best that I have seen but good enough. I had to point out a few spots for them to clean. Costs £30 for SUV, quite pricey for me so I need to go learn to wash my vehicle at home.
