Just had my car cleaned by these guys, fantastic job!! My car was rotten (kids, food, mess everywhere) and they was the nicest people and honestly cleaned it brilliantly. Won’t be going anywhere else in future. Thank you so much

I didnt want to have to leave this review but I need to. I was initially happy with the car wash from a far, but silly me didnt check my car properly before paying. When i got home I saw that they had clearly reversed my car into something, causing scratches and the paint to come off!!! In other areas theres are new scratches that were not there before. To say I'm devestated is an under statement. From a far the car looks shiny, but when you get up close theres still areas of dirt, and the wax has been put on top. Really upset and disappointed as I wanted this to be my regular car wash. Avoid avoid avoid

My usual car wash is Elite Valeting in Notcutts Shopping Village but I dropped my car here for a wash while I went for dinner a few days ago and asked for a wash in and out. I have a small car and only noticed once I had got home that I was charged the rate for a large car. Not only was I charged nearly double what I should have been, the wash itself was despicable. There was still mud and dirt on the plastics around the door areas and in the passenger and driver footwell and car mats that was clearly ignored as these are very visible places. The seats had not been properly cleaned as they still had crumbs on them and the boot clearly had not even been touched. My car was not particularly dirty so wouldn’t have required lengthy attention. I am completely astonished but the carelessness and ignorance my car was “washed” with. Will never be going back to this car wash and I advise anyone thinking about using this wash, not to!

The only place i’ll trust to wash my car! i’ve gone to other car washes before and they never seem to do the job thoroughly. Took my car to this one and they did an excellent job, my car was glistening for days. Lovely people and good service. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!

Charged £25 for inside and out. Arrive back to the car to find multiple dirt spots left uncleaned inside. I raise it with the man overseeing things who takes offence and proceeds to tell me that if I want a detailed clean I should pay more and accuses my daughter of scuffing dirt marks inside the car! Horrible experience. Dreadful client service. If you want a proper clean inside your car (not a half baked job) and decent customer service avoid this place.

Emanuel has always given us excellent service whenever we have brought our cars in for a wash or valet. I always recommend everyone to come and treat their cars to a wash with a spotless finish every time!

Went there twice to get my car washed on two different days. Google and social media had it marked as being open but both days I went at different times and no one was there at all. Same week. No signs or anywhere saying that they would be closed for whatever period of time. Going massively out of my way to go there on both days wasting a lot of my time.

In general, alright, but the worker was rude and when I ve showed him dirty places,not washed properly, he spoke rudly and never washed them. Be careful and check yr car before u pay

I would not refer this place as they scratched my spoiler on my car and the jet wash has chipped paint of in more than 1 place 20 quid for my brand new car to come away with damage it didnt have before and they left streak marks on my car and didn't re secure my driver mat very upset and disappointed as this place had such good reviews! In future I think I will be washing my own car from now on!!

I went to this car wash yesterday for the first time, for a gold service £20 for inside and out - you really can’t complain for that price! Very pleased with the quality of their work and customer service. I paid cash as wasn’t sure if they took card however as I went to pay they did have a card machine available. Will definitely be going back again!
