No please. No thank you. The guy served me while chatting on his phone in his own language. Completely ignored me. He didn't say a word to me. Asked him where something was and he just pointed. Flat-out rude. The next garage I go to won't be BP.

Won’t be using this fuel station for my fleet of waggons anymore I have roughly 10/12 waggons using this fuel station daily the staff are really rude always … I asked to use the toilet today they told me to go elsewhere will do from now on 👌🏻

Misleading info on the pumps, the manager is horrible, and very unhelpful. Staff don't bother even greeting you and speak their own language majority of the time AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bit dodgy tbh. Misleading signage on offers etc.

Hi put petrol ⛽️ and diesel in from this place in 2x different vehicles and caused mechanical problems they need to sort there fuel out generally staff nice and a nice atmosphere been using for the last 10 years

Went here on Sunday morning to get some air for my tires, but the machine had unclear instructions. I went inside to check with the employee, and after waiting for him to actually try to help, I became remarkably unimpressed. He said ‘the card payments on there are out of order’, and he just shrugged his shoulders when I asked ‘well why isn’t there a sign saying that?’ He then grew increasingly smug whilst saying ‘it can accept coins and there’s a cash machine just outside’, probably knowing full well that that wasn’t working either. When I pointed this out, he just shrugged his shoulders again, whilst having a ‘ha, sucks to be you’ look on his face.

I regularly use this BP station as it’s the one linked to my fuel card, but after today’s shocking experience, I’m going to ensure this station is removed as my go-to location. At 7:33 pm, the entire station was closed due to a fuel delivery. I’ve never encountered a station closing completely for a delivery—usually, they keep at least some pumps open. Instead, I was forced to wait for nearly an hour until the delivery was completed, which was incredibly frustrating given that my vehicle had no range left and my fuel card only works here. The situation was made worse by the rude behavior of the staff, particularly one individual who argued with me about where I could wait. Instead of letting me stay in the forecourt, they insisted I wait on the main road, which was dangerous due to heavy traffic. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, and I won’t be returning to this station again.

Absolute rip off prices in store and sort your door out it opens really slowly then stops halfway when you leave and you bump into it.

Refused to accept my BP Rewards points as payment for fuel. Just kept saying "no". Reported them to BP Rewards

Good service for number 1 petrol brand in UK, except their card reader did not worked and cash machine outside charge you 1.85£ transaction fee.
