This is what a £150 ‘detail’ looks like. 3hrs of work when said come back in 2. and they missed some of the most obvious Nooks and crannies in the centre console etc. Speckles of dots all over the chrome could have been easily wiped off. Just seems like a rush job but doesn’t make sense because they was a hour over the quoted time and had us waiting. Deffo not a detail. I could have got this job done for £50 tops elsewhere. But heard good stuff about this place so was interested if I paid triple of my norm what the results would be…. Terribly average and missed things what my regular budget vaulter would have never missed. Bit disappointed but at least I know not to return.

We had asked for a full valet, spoke about full cleaning the exterior and interior as we had just got the car. I’m quite disappointed by the quality for the amount we payed. We did the platinum service which cost £40, but we could of got a better valet for £20. It’s overpriced for the lack of care towards detail. Steer clear of this place.

Fab professional service - quick and clean at a reasonable price

Paid £40 for the platinum service whilst I did some shopping in Meadowhall. I’d purposely put some coins in the centre console to pay for suit dry cleaning later. Came back and one of their employees had STOLEN the cash. Shame really, as the car clean was good. DO NOT use this company

Outstanding valet on my defender 110 , inside and out was immaculate ,polished up to perfection ,and smelt amazing , really appreciate the work the young lad at Meadowhall put into it , very professional , high end products , will be back next month

Expensive but cleaned to a high standard. Had all dog hair and trace if previous owner removed.

Had our Peugeot cleaned today, left for 2 hours whilst shopping and came back to a car that looked like it did since day one. Super impressed and definitely will be using again.

I booked my car in for a full interior and exterior clean and unfortunately I was quite disappointed with the overall service. My appointment was at 1:15pm and although I arrived early at 12:45pm, I was told the car would be ready at 3:30pm. When I returned at that time, I was then asked to wait a further 20 minutes. While I understand Saturdays can be busy and the staff were very apologetic about the delay, I would still expect the vehicle to be ready at the time stated. More disappointing was the condition of the car on collection. There were still visible marks on the exterior, which I feel shouldn’t be the case for a service costing over £40. For that price, I would expect a thorough finish without noticeable marks left behind. The staff were polite and apologetic, which I do appreciate, but overall I didn’t feel the quality matched the price paid.

Easy to get to and they did an excellent job job

I was blown away with the results of my car clean. I used the red car park one and pre booked. I will be back.

Terrible service. I paid £50 for Diamond Valet car wash. I left my car there for almost three hours, and when I came back, he hadn't done anything. I had to pay and wait longer. But more importantly, the stains I asked him to remove were still there. He probably rushed the work. I would never recommend this service!

Good clean car.

Avoid at all costs prebooked a slot and paid online, arrived and left the car for what should be a 60-80 minute clean. Was told the car wouldn’t be ready until 3pm???? Why book a slot if they can’t accommodate. They then said they could have the car ready for 2pm we returned at 2pm to collect the car and they hadn’t even started it. Rude staff don’t give a shit, once they have your prepayment it’s impossible to get your money back. Avoid and take your car somewhere else.

Staff were helpful even though busy. Cleaned the car really well and gave it a polished finish. Would definitely get my car cleaned again. Thank you!!

Staff very rude, tried forcing me to get a more expensive clean, Left it with them for over 2 hours and it still wasn't ready. Very poor job, never use it again Told me my car was dirty, why else would I have taken it to be cleaned

£25 WHAT A RIP OFF! All wheel trims were extremely dirty, you couldn't fail to miss them.Better job going through the car wash. Won't be using again.

When came said £25 was not good value for money and scratch the car when it brand new and wouldn't recommend at all another person while we checked , checked their and it was the same

Been coming here for years…Can’t ask for a better service, car is back to brand new every time, immaculate, a team of conscientious guys! Never half a job! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Amazing value for money, 10/10!!! 🥰 Thank you so much!

Excellent service. Paid premium price, but showroom finish. Will definitely be back.
