It's really a good service and they do a very good job I been there many times every time they are the best really amazing every time they make my car and my wife's car as well looks like new again. I have seen last review as well and I think it's normal mistakes happen everywhere and I think they are fasting as well these days because of Ramadan so it's hard for them and you got the key why you make so much drama People there very nice and they have a very good reputation here in the area Highly recommended 👌👌

Paid for a full wash, wax and vac. Recieved a wash with bits missed on the roof and when I asked what wax he used (as the paint felt very untaxed!), I was told, 'It comes in a bottle, quick quick'. Interior still had mud scuff on door openings and what ever they used on my leather, would also act as a good lubricant. Shiny and slippy. For £35, I was expecting a lot better. You pays your money and makes your choice. In future, my choice will be different.

Very rude man charged me more than the 25 advertised for a large car. He inspected the car prior to me leaving and at no point told me it would be more than the base price.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. I took my brand new car to be cleaned there. It was returned dirty and with scratches to the bonnet and side panel from where the hose had been dragged across it. When I showed the mgr these scratches he advised that they had been there for a long time - which is impossible as it is a brand new car with no marks on it whatsoever! Please do not take your car there - appalling place! As the owners still won’t acknowledge - I have added photos to show the scratches - car is 3 months old went in with no scratches and wasn’t that dirty. Was still dirty when collected including bird poop on my windscreen. Absolutely no way I wouldn’t have noticed vertical scratches on a brand new car! Customer service is awful and no responsibility taken! The photos can be provided with the date & time showing that they were taken shortly after collection. Please stop making out your customers are liars and take some accountability for your actions! I can’t advise enough - please do not take your car to this place - you can see from the response that they have given that they are not interested in offering a good service.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years, the guys there are very reliable and trust worthy. They always look after me and do a lovely job of my car, I even spilt a thick smoothie everywhere and they sorted this out at no additional cost. Looks good as new, thank you again!

Would give zero stars if I could. Turned up and the lad was talking with a sandwich in his mouth and actually spat food in my face. He then flung my keys to the side, meaning anyone could’ve easily taken my car. Absolutely unprofessional. Charged me £35 and left the entire interior soaking wet, which caused a damp, musty smell in my car for weeks. My car was only a few months old and didn’t need anything more than a simple hoover. My friend pays £25 for the same service, yet they tried to charge me more even though my car was already clean. When I went back to complain about the smell, he tried to blame me for “not drying it” and claimed he’d told me to — which he didn’t. No accountability, just excuses. I won’t be using this place again. Sloppy service, poor attitude, and zero professionalism.

You can just turn up, the staff are very friendly and will give you an estimated time to return and collect your vehicle. The car was immaculate inside and out, and they couldn’t do enough to help. They’re absolutely brilliant, I’d highly recommend them!

First time visiting this car wash after being recommended. Left my car for full wash and valet this morning at a cost of £25.00 and was advised it would take 90 minutes. I was very disappointed when getting inside the car. The front passenger mat still had 2 dirty marks on it. The dashboard had not been cleaned still had finger marks on it and dust in the grooves. There was still dust in the front central console area. The inside of the doors didn't look clean. I drove the car back over to the car wash to complain. As it had been left over the road. The young lad, wasnt really interested in my complaint although he did get a duster and wipe the dashboard. He didn't make any attempt at apologising. There was no nice smell inside the car, not even an airfresher. When I got home i checked the boot and that obviously hadn't even been hoovered or cleaned. I will not be using or recommending this car wash in the future. Very disappointed 😞 and I feel like I have wasted my money. ******************* Just to say the owner contacted me and asked me to take my car back today. I did this and he apologised for the problems and addressed my issues by giving the car a really good clean inside. He also put some air fresheners in the car too. I am more than happy with his response and felt that I should amend my comments on the review to reflect and acknowledge the fact that he took responsibility and in turn made me a happy customer. Thank you 😊

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I will never be returning. I just moved to the area and wanted to try a local place. I left my car and they told me to come back in an hour and a half. I return, and they had lost my car key. The other car keys were literally spread across a shelf on the outside of the building, anyone could have swiped it, they also had them in their pockets and took them into other cars. Luckily the man who's car my key has been put in... returned the key while I was there , I am glad he a) noticed and b) was kind enough to return it. When the key arrived back to the garage, the owner laughed and said ah problem solved, and asked for the full payment. I was furious. The idea that it could not have been returned and anyone could have had that key and come back at any time to take my car made me very upset. I said how upset I was and asked the man what he thought I should pay for the service I received. He said the full price as we now had no issue. I said I am not paying full price, this is mental that they allowed that to happen and if the man hadn't returned the key, they he said he would have had my car lock and key replaced which would have cost hundreds, so with that in mind, I said I don't want to pay full price, and that gentleman returning the keys saved him alot of money. He called me a bad name and started swearing at me, but he still had my key. I said I'd give him £15 to return my car keys. He took the money and swore at me again. I have never been spoken to that way before in my life, and when I was not at fault at all I was in total shock. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. Accountability and apologising goes a long way, I wouldn't trust my car keys here if I were you. "Please call again" I don't think so.

They really do a good job i wish I came before I used to go to the one in Romiley but they did a fantastic job for my car and the price very good and they are nice people it was was cold and they offered some Egyptian tea while I was waiting
