Waves Hand Car Wash Bury

Great service and a great clean. We took some rumble and dirt to the tip and our car was rather dirty. We asked for a 'Gold' service and we didn't know what vehicle category ours was in. We have a Seat Ibiza and it was Volume 2. It cost £25.

Awful, just awful. I've been going here for a few years and they've never let me down but the past few visits have been questionable but I've let it go, but not today. They've definitely not cleaned my windscreen with window cleaner, it's all smeared and they're are still sucker marks on from my sunscreen cover, my seats front and back have not been hoovered, the pocket in the passenger door has not been cleaned as there was still a few jelly babies in there and some wrappers off sweets. Even simple wipe of door sills hasn't been done. And they had released the steering wheel and not locked it, and I had x2 silicone cup mats in the drinks console and they've gone. I'll not be going back anytime soon, I'd advise you look for somewhere else.

Always been happy with the service but today was exceptionally good. Not only did the car look great, but I was also informed of how other car washes using chemicals had unfortunately started to erode my window seals. Something I hadn’t previously noticed but will now bear in mind. I was also helped with my shopping and given a seat whilst I waited as I’m heavily pregnant. Great service, thank you.
