IMO Car Wash

Scratches the paint, do not use!!

1 star is for nice attendant the other 4 are missing due to the wash not even washing your car. Brushes worn out and not just the part near the mirrors. Triple form is just watered.

No shampoo during wash, plus the vertical brush doesn’t touch the car? I mentioned to the operator and he said it should be fixed by the company at some point.

Don’t not use! This car wash has scratched all the paintwork of my car and even pulled the protective film off the paint work. Definitely will not be using again and I advise people not to use it!!!!!

Waste of money My cars towing eye cover is gone now after wash and i can see scratches on my car too. Tried to call if they can find that cover - No answer

Staff were super friendly. Lots of water marks on my car from the drying process though.

The window had fly 🪰 spray on, after a £14 wash it never removed the fly plat! Very disappointed! Next time will pay for a hand-wash

Avoid, absolutely terrible experience, car wash kept breaking down and an aggressive man shouting at the window as though it was my fault. Car came out still wet, unrinsed from the soap. Asked for a refund they quickly ran a rag over it, won’t be going back. And while it was being ragged off the car wash continued to stop working so it wasn’t me at all !

Depends who's working that day. I went yesterday & he gave my car a quick spray nothing else, no tyres etc. So had to clean tyres when i got home.. I been going there for years, but no more.

Used a promotional offer from AA so decided to treat the car to an Ultra HD car wash. The Asian guy at the car wash was on the phone and didn’t seem interested, presumably his job was to clean my Alloy Wheel which came out untouched and as filthy as they went in. Really disappointed however on the bright side it’s the first time I’ve used this place so I’ve only wasted my money once, wouldn’t mind but they weren’t even busy!

I would give 0 stars if I could! The car wash roller broke my front grill on my 1 Series BMW. I do NOT recommend this car wash - shocking.

You want a clean car then this is the best place.
