Always excellent service

Mini valet done here, and when I pointed out the mud still on the car doors, I was told that maybe I had driven into a dirty area. Only go here if you don't drive into dirt and already have a clean car.

£7 for a totally mediocre car wash. AND charged me £1 for a half baked tyre shine. In 20 years of getting my cars washed, I have never been charged separately for a tyre shine. Don’t know how they got their 4.5 stars. I pay £7 elsewhere usually for wash, dry and tyres as standard. Thought I’d try a more local business but never again. Customer service was not good at all. Would rather not have had the freshener and had better customer service.

Had 2 new front tyres and ever since I've had tyre sensor malfunction on my car and they keep going down, couldn't find the right sockets to take my wheels off, was there almost an hour and £150 out of pocket. Tyres are poor from here, don't use these clowns as they know nothing when it comes to taking wheels off and replacing. I've now got to go somewhere else to get the problem sorted.

Don’t tell them to finish the job properly as they go crazy. Especially the young skinny guy. Would not recommend. Didn’t wash arches and missing alloys. Still charged for the service.

For £20, wasn't happy with service. Took about 5 minutes. Windows left with green growth which was the main reason for wash and dirt still left in car handle area.

I was too lazy to go to my usual car wash at Middleway; so I branch by this facility on my way back home. Disappointed. Will not be returning. After a mini valet, take a look at the photo for yourself.

Great local car wash they go above and beyond also as a women i felt comfortable going to a male dominated service.

Extremely terrible service. Opted for a mini valet, they did not clean my tyres or door sills. The guy refused and said his very busy and cant do it, i told him his charging me for a service his not delivering. He said, "well if your not happy then dont come again" and did not do the job. A money making scheme! Terrible work and terrible customer service.

Not a happy bunny, paid for a mini valet which was rushed no attention paid to the interior had to be be reminded to clean the windows and door shuts. The young many who was cleaning the car was far from happy with the request asking how many times he needed to do. Had a lot of attitude. Unfortunately won’t be going back and can’t recommend them.

Rushing when washing car and leaving lots of scratches on the car. Seemed very unprofessional. Using dirty cloths to wash the car and speeding through the wash, would not recommend anyone to come here for car wash and dry

I am myself a car wash enthusiast, mostly doing it myself , thought to give this car wash a try , they are pretty efficient and use decent materials for the washing , my ultimate criteria for a car wash is if someone can wash the alloy wheels to perfection, which they almost , I say again almost did but by a very little margin . Overall I would say 4/5 . Alloy wheels 3/5 .
